1. Úvod
This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe installation, operation, and maintenance of your DAKASON 4FT LED Vapor Tight Light. Please read this manual thoroughly before installation and retain it for future reference.
The DAKASON 4FT LED Vapor Tight Light is a high-efficiency lighting fixture designed for demanding environments. It features adjustable wattage (40W/50W/60W), 0-10V dimming capability (dimmer not included), and an IP65 rating for resistance against water, dust, and harsh conditions.

5. Pokyny k instalaci
This fixture supports surface/wall mount and suspension mount (additional accessories required for suspension). The following steps detail surface/wall mounting.
- Vypnout napájení: Before starting, ensure electrical power is turned off at the fuse or circuit breaker box to prevent electric shock.
- Mark mounting locations: Use the mounting brackets to mark the desired locations for drilling holes on the mounting surface.
- Install mounting brackets: Drill holes and secure the mounting brackets to the surface using the provided screws and wall plugs.
- Připravte kabeláž: Open the fixture housing. Feed the supply wire (not included) through the waterproof cable gland. Select the desired wattage (40W/50W/60W) using the internal switch.
- Kabelové připojení: Connect the supply wires to the LED driver according to the wiring diagram.
- Black (Line) to L
- White (Neutral) to N
- Green (Ground) to Gnd
- Purple (Dim+) and Gray (Dim-) for 0-10V dimming control (if applicable).
- Mount fixture: Lift the fixture housing and snap it into place on the installed mounting brackets.
- Secure lens: Position the lens onto the fixture housing and secure it with the stainless steel latches/clips. Ensure the lens is tightly sealed with the housing to maintain the vapor-tight integrity.

6. Návod k obsluze
Once installed and wired correctly, the DAKASON LED Vapor Tight Light is ready for operation.
- Zapnutí: Restore power at the circuit breaker. The light will illuminate.
- Wattage Výběr: The fixture has a selectable wattage switch (40W/50W/60W) located inside the housing. Adjust this switch před sealing the fixture and restoring power to set the desired light output.

- Funkce stmívání: If connected to a compatible 0-10V dimmer switch (not included), the light output can be adjusted from 0% to 100%.

7. Údržba
The DAKASON LED Vapor Tight Light is designed for minimal maintenance. Follow these guidelines to ensure optimal performance and longevity:
- Čištění: Pravidelně čistěte vnější povrch svítidla měkkým hadříkemamp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these can damage the polycarbonate housing and lens. Ensure power is off before cleaning.
- Inspekce: Regularly inspect the fixture for any signs of damage, loose connections, or wear. Pay attention to the waterproof cable gland and stainless steel clips to ensure the seal remains intact.
