2. Bezpečnostní informace

• Read all instructions carefully before assembly and installation. If you do not understand the instructions or have any doubts, please contact customer support.
• Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 8kg (17.6 lbs) per arm. Overloading can result in serious injury or product damage.
• This product contains a high-pressure gas spring. Do not attempt to disassemble the gas spring or expose it to high temperatures. Improper handling can cause injury.
• Ensure the mounting surface (desk) is strong enough to support the combined weight of the monitor arm and monitors.

4. Nastavení a instalace

The ErGear Dual Monitor Arm offers two primary installation methods: C-Clamp and Grommet Mount. Choose the method best suited for your desk.

4.1 Choose Your Installation Method

4.2 C-Clamp Instalace

1. Připojte C-clamp k hlavní tyči ramene monitoru.
2. Umístěte třamp on the edge of your desk and tighten the knob until it is securely fastened. Ensure the desk thickness is between 1cm and 8cm.

4.3 Instalace průchodkového držáku

1. If your desk has an existing grommet hole, remove its cover. If not, drill a hole (recommended diameter: 10-12mm) in your desired mounting location.
2. Insert the grommet base through the hole and secure it from underneath the desk using the provided plate and nut. Ensure the desk thickness is between 1cm and 7cm.

4.4 Připojení monitorů

1. Attach the VESA monitor plates to the back of your monitors using the appropriate screws and spacers from the hardware kit. The arm supports VESA patterns of 75x75mm and 100x100mm.
2. Carefully slide the monitors (with attached VESA plates) onto the arms until they click securely into place.

Route your monitor and power cables through the integrated cable management channels on the arms and down the main pole to keep your workspace tidy.

5.1 Adjusting Height and Extension

Each monitor can be independently adjusted:

5.3 Nastavení napětí plynové pružiny

If the arm does not hold its position or is too stiff, you may need to adjust the gas spring tension. Use the provided hex key to turn the adjustment screw located on the arm joint. Turn clockwise to increase tension for heavier monitors, and counter-clockwise to decrease tension for lighter monitors.

5.4 Multiple Screen Configurations

The dual arm design allows for various monitor setups to suit your workflow, including side-by-side, stacked, or one in portrait and one in landscape mode.

6. Údržba

• Čištění: Otřete rameno monitoru měkkým hadříkemamp hadříkem. Nepoužívejte abrazivní čisticí prostředky ani rozpouštědla.
• Pravidelné kontroly: Regularly check all screws and connections to ensure they are tight and secure. Re-tighten if necessary.

7. Řešení problémů

• Paže nedrží polohu: The gas spring tension may be too low for your monitor's weight. Increase tension by turning the adjustment screw clockwise with the hex key.
• Arm is too stiff to move: The gas spring tension may be too high. Decrease tension by turning the adjustment screw counter-clockwise.
• Monitory nejsou v rovině: Minor height adjustments can be made at the VESA plate attachment point. Ensure both arms are adjusted to the same tension if using monitors of similar weight.
