2. Bezpečnostní pokyny

Please read and understand all safety instructions before assembly and use of the cabinet. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or damage to the product.

• Always assemble the cabinet on a clean, flat, and stable surface.

4. Montážní návod

The TecTake 402482 cabinet is designed for easy assembly. Follow the steps outlined in the included assembly manual for detailed instructions. Below are general guidelines:

1. Rozbalte komponenty: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a protective surface to prevent scratches.
2. Sestavte rám: Begin by assembling the main frame of the cabinet according to the diagrams in the manual. Ensure all connections are secure.
3. Instalace polic: The cabinet includes 4 individually adjustable shelves. Insert the shelf supports into the desired slots on the inner side panels. Ensure they are level before placing the shelves.

4. Připevnit dveře: Mount the reinforced wing doors to the cabinet frame. Ensure they swing freely and align correctly.
5. Instalace zamykacího mechanismu: Attach the pivot handle and cylinder lock mechanism to the door. Test the lock with the provided keys.
6. Závěrečná kontrola: Once assembled, ensure all screws are tightened, and the cabinet is stable and level.

5. Návod k obsluze

5.1. Zamykání a odemykání

The cabinet is equipped with a pivot handle and a security cylinder lock. To lock the cabinet, ensure both doors are fully closed. Insert one of the provided keys into the cylinder lock and turn it clockwise until the mechanism engages. To unlock, insert the key and turn it counter-clockwise.

5.2. Úprava polic

The four shelves can be individually adjusted to accommodate items of various heights. To adjust a shelf:

1. Vyprázdněte polici, kterou chcete upravit.
2. Carefully lift the shelf and remove the shelf supports from their current slots.
3. Reinsert the shelf supports into the desired slots, ensuring they are at the same height on both sides for a level shelf.
4. Place the shelf back onto the supports.

6. Péče a údržba

To ensure the longevity and appearance of your TecTake document cabinet, follow these simple care instructions:

• Čištění: Otřete povrch skříně měkkým,amp cloth. For stubborn dirt, a mild soap solution can be used. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as they may damage the powder coating. The smooth shelves allow for easy cleaning inside.
• Inspekce: Pravidelně kontrolujte všechny šrouby a spoje, zda jsou pevně utažené. V případě potřeby je dotáhněte.
• Mazání: Pokud se mechanismus zámku stane tuhým, lze do klíčové dírky nanést malé množství grafitového maziva.

7. Řešení problémů

Pokud narazíte na jakékoli problémy se skříní, podívejte se na následující běžné problémy a jejich řešení:

• Cabinet is unstable/wobbly:
  Ensure the cabinet is on a level surface. Check that all assembly screws are fully tightened. If on an uneven floor, use shims under the base to stabilize.
• Dveře se správně nezavírají:
  Check for any obstructions inside the cabinet or along the door edges. Verify that the cabinet frame is square and level. Adjust hinges if necessary (refer to assembly manual for hinge adjustment details).
• Lock is difficult to operate:
  Ensure the key is fully inserted. Apply a small amount of graphite lubricant to the keyhole. If the issue persists, the lock mechanism may need inspection or replacement.

  Ensure the shelf supports are inserted into corresponding slots at the same height on both sides of the cabinet.
