4. Nastavení a instalace

The Weiser Brentwood/Belmont Handleset is designed for easy installation, typically requiring only a screwdriver. Follow these general steps for a successful setup:

1. Připravte dveře: Ensure your door is properly prepped with standard bore holes for a handleset. The adjustable latch accommodates all standard door operations.
2. Nainstalujte západky: Insert the deadbolt latch and the spring latch into the door edge. Secure them with screws.
3. Install the Exterior Handleset: Position the exterior handleset assembly, including the deadbolt cylinder, through the door.
4. Install the Interior Components: Attach the interior lever and deadbolt turnpiece assembly, aligning them with the exterior components. Secure with mounting screws.

SmartKey Re-keying Instructions

5. Operating the Handleset

The Weiser Brentwood/Belmont Handleset provides secure entry and exit for your exterior door.

• Locking from the Exterior: Insert the key into the deadbolt cylinder and turn to engage the deadbolt. The handleset can also be locked by turning the key.
• Unlocking from the Exterior: Insert the key into the deadbolt cylinder and turn to retract the deadbolt. The handleset can be unlocked by turning the key.
• Locking from the Interior: Turn the thumb-turn on the interior deadbolt to engage the deadbolt.
• Unlocking from the Interior: Turn the thumb-turn on the interior deadbolt to retract the deadbolt. The interior lever always allows for free exit.
