3.1 Vybalení
Carefully remove all packaging materials from the oven. Inspect the appliance for any signs of damage. Report any damage to your retailer immediately.
3.2 Umístění a rozměry
The oven is designed for built-in installation. Ensure adequate ventilation around the appliance. The dimensions for installation are critical for proper fit and function.

3.3 Elektrické připojení

3.4 Počáteční čištění
Před prvním použitím vyčistěte vnitřek trouby čisticím prostředkemamp hadříkem a jemným čisticím prostředkem. Nechte troubu běžet prázdnou na vysokou teplotu (např. 200 °C) přibližně 30 minut, aby se spálily veškeré zbytky z výroby. Během tohoto procesu zajistěte dobré větrání kuchyně.

4.1 Ovládací panel Overview
The oven features a user-friendly control panel with mechanical knobs for function, time, and temperature selection.

From left to right, the knobs typically control:
- Volič funkcí: Choose from various cooking modes.
- Timer/Programmer: Set cooking duration or activate the mechanical stop programmer.
- Volič teploty: Adjust the desired cooking temperature.
4.2 funkcí vaření
The HCB 6525 offers 6 primary cooking functions, along with specialized modes:
- Standard Cooking Modes: Utilize the 6 core cooking functions for everyday baking, roasting, and grilling.
- STEAKMASTER Function: An exclusive function specifically designed for cooking steaks, utilizing a special SteakGrill (700°) and cast iron grill.
- Pomalé vaření: Ideal for slow-cooked dishes, ensuring tender and flavorful results.
- Automatické rychlé ohřevy: Quickly preheats the oven to the desired temperature.
- Kvasit: Provides an optimal environment for dough proofing.
- Funkce pizzy: Optimalizované nastavení pro pečení perfektní pizzy.
The oven also features a personal cooking advisor with 20 pre-programmed recipes and automatic temperature and time suggestions based on the selected function.
4.3 Nastavení teploty a času
To begin cooking:
- Turn the Function Selector knob to your desired cooking mode.
- Adjust the Temperature Selector knob to the required temperature.
- Use the Timer/Programmer knob to set the cooking duration if desired. The mechanical stop programmer will automatically turn off the oven when the set time expires.

The oven is equipped with chromed supports and a system of 2 removable slides (Full-Extension + Plus-Extension), offering five cooking heights for versatile placement of dishes.

5.1 Hydroclean ECO Cleaning System
The Teka HCB 6525 oven features the Hydroclean ECO cleaning system, which uses steam to loosen food residues, making manual cleaning easier. To use:
- Pour a small amount of water (e.g., 200 ml) into the bottom of the oven cavity.
- Select the Hydroclean function (refer to your control panel for the specific symbol).
- Allow the cycle to complete. The steam will soften baked-on grease and food particles.

5.2 Pyrolytic Self-Cleaning System
For more intensive cleaning, the oven is equipped with a pyrolytic self-cleaning system with 3 intensity levels. This high-temperature cleaning process incinerates food residues into ash, which can then be easily wiped away.
- Remove all accessories (racks, trays, slides) from the oven before starting a pyrolytic cycle.
- Ensure the kitchen is well-ventilated during the pyrolytic cycle, as some smoke and odors may be produced.
- Once the cycle is complete and the oven has cooled, wipe away the fine ash with a damp tkanina.
