4. Instalace

4.1. Kontroly před instalací

1. Verify that your existing ball valve is in good working condition and operates smoothly.
2. Ensure the installation area is dry and free from obstructions.
3. Confirm you have access to a power outlet within reach of the power adapter cable.

4.2. Montáž regulátoru

1. Position the valve controller over the handle of your existing ball valve. The controller's arm should align with the valve handle.
2. Secure the controller to the pipe using the provided mounting bracket and screws. Ensure it is firmly attached and does not wobble.
3. Adjust the controller's arm so that it can fully open and close the valve handle without obstruction. The clutch pull ring allows for manual adjustment during installation.

4.3. Připojení napájení

1. Connect the power adapter to the valve controller.
2. Plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet. The device will power on, indicated by an LED light.

5. Nastavení

5.1. Stažení a registrace aplikace

1. Download the 'Tuya Smart' or 'Smart Life' app from your mobile device's app store (iOS or Android).
2. Zaregistrujte si nový účet nebo se přihlaste pomocí stávajícího účtu.

5.2. Přidání zařízení

1. Otevřete aplikaci Tuya Smart nebo Smart Life.
2. Klepněte na ikonu „+“ v pravém horním rohu pro přidání zařízení.
3. Select 'Valve Controller' or search for the device type.
4. Follow the in-app instructions to put the device into pairing mode (usually by pressing and holding a button on the controller until an indicator light flashes rapidly).
5. Enter your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network credentials. The device does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi.
6. Wait for the app to discover and connect to the device. Once connected, you can rename the device for easier identification.

6.1. Ruční ovládání

V případě napájení outage or if you need to manually operate the valve, pull the clutch ring on the controller. This disengages the motor, allowing you to manually turn the valve handle. Release the ring to re-engage the motor.

6.2. Ovládání aplikací

From the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app, select your valve controller. You will see options to open or close the valve. Tap the respective button to control the valve remotely.

6.3. Hlasové ovládání

Integrate the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. Once linked, you can use voice commands such as:

• "Alexa, open [Valve Name]"
• "Hey Google, close [Valve Name]"

6.4. Řízení časování

Within the app, navigate to the device settings and locate the 'Timer' or 'Schedule' function. Here you can set specific times for the valve to open or close automatically, for example, for garden irrigation.

6.5. Leak Detection Linkage

The Haozee Smart Valve Controller can be linked with other Tuya-compatible smart sensors, such as water leak detectors or gas sensors. When a linked sensor detects an anomaly (e.g., water leak, gas leak), it can trigger the valve controller to automatically shut off the corresponding valve.

7. Údržba

• Periodically check the physical installation to ensure the controller remains securely mounted.
• Udržujte zařízení čisté a bez prachu a nečistot. K čištění používejte měkký, suchý hadřík.
• Test the valve operation through the app periodically to ensure functionality.

8. Řešení problémů

• Zařízení se nezapíná: Check the power adapter connection and the electrical outlet. Ensure the adapter is securely plugged into both the device and the wall.
• Nelze se připojit k Wi-Fi:
  • Ujistěte se, že vaše Wi-Fi síť pracuje na frekvenci 2.4 GHz. Zařízení nepodporuje sítě 5 GHz.
  • Ověřte, zda je vaše heslo k Wi-Fi správné.
  • Pro zlepšení síly signálu přesuňte zařízení blíže k routeru Wi-Fi.
  • Restartujte router a zkuste spárování znovu.
• Valve not responding to app commands:
  • Check if the device is connected to Wi-Fi (indicator light status).
  • Ujistěte se, že je aplikace aktualizována na nejnovější verzi.
  • Verify the physical installation allows the controller to move the valve handle freely.
• Hlasové ovládání nefunguje: Ensure the Tuya Smart/Smart Life app is correctly linked to your Alexa or Google Assistant account and the device name is recognized.
