Nastavení
1. Vybalování
- Opatrně vyjměte všechny součásti z obalu.
- Inspect all parts for any damage that may have occurred during transit. Do not use damaged parts.
- Ensure all items listed in the "What's in the Box" section are present.
2. Assembling the E-Stand
- Assemble the E-Stand according to the separate instructions provided with the stand. The stand features stable X-braced feet for rigidity.
- Ensure all connections are secure and the stand is stable on a flat, level surface.
3. Mounting the Miter Saw to the E-Stand
- Position the Einhell TC-SM 2131/1 Dual Miter Saw onto the aluminum mounting rails of the E-Stand.
- Secure the saw to the stand using appropriate fasteners (not explicitly mentioned if included, assume standard mounting hardware). Ensure the saw is firmly attached to prevent movement during operation.
4. Blade Installation/Check
- The saw comes with a high-quality carbide-tipped saw blade (48 teeth) for powerful and clean cuts.
- Before first use, ensure the blade is correctly installed and securely fastened. Refer to the saw's specific blade changing instructions if removal or replacement is necessary.

- Workpiece Supports and Clamp: Extend the workpiece supports on both sides as needed. Use the clamping device to securely fix the workpiece in place. The workpiece stop with adjustable rails (left and right) allows for precise positioning.
- Laserový průvodce: The integrated, mains-powered laser marks the cutting line, enabling quick and exact positioning of the workpiece. Ensure the laser is visible and aligned with your intended cut line.
Návod k obsluze
1. Připojení napájení
- Ujistěte se, že je vypínač v poloze „VYPNUTO“.
- Connect the power cord to a suitable mains outlet (230V).
2. Příprava obrobku
- Place the workpiece firmly against the fence and on the table.
- Secure the workpiece using the provided clamping device. Never attempt to cut a workpiece that is not properly secured.
- Use the integrated laser to align the cutting line precisely with your mark on the workpiece.
- The table insert features a practical scale for reading the workpiece width.
3. Provedení řezu
- Držte pevně rukojeť.
- Press the ON/OFF switch to start the motor. Allow the blade to reach full speed (4900 RPM) before beginning the cut.
- Slowly lower the saw head into the workpiece (refer to Figure 4). For wider workpieces, utilize the integrated pull function by pulling the saw head towards you, lowering it, and then pushing it through the workpiece.
- Maintain a steady, controlled feed rate. Do not force the saw.
- Once the cut is complete, release the ON/OFF switch and allow the blade to stop completely before raising the saw head.
- Wait for the blade to stop before removing the cut-off material or adjusting the workpiece.
4. Odsávání prachu
- The saw is equipped with a dust collection port (refer to Figure 7). Connect a suitable dust extraction system or use the included dust bag to minimize sawdust in the work area.
- Regularly empty the dust bag or dust collector to maintain efficient dust extraction.
Údržba

- Čištění: After each use, disconnect the saw from the power supply. Clean the tool, especially the ventilation slots and the blade guard, with a brush or compressed air. Do not use water or solvents.
- Péče o čepel: Keep the saw blade clean and sharp. A dull blade can cause kickback and reduce cutting efficiency. Replace worn or damaged blades immediately. Ensure the replacement blade is suitable for the saw and material.
- Pohyblivé části: Periodically check all moving parts for smooth operation. Apply a small amount of lubricant to pivot points if necessary, ensuring no lubricant gets on the blade or cutting surface.
- Transportní zámek: For safe transport, engage the transport lock mechanism.
- Skladování: Store the saw and stand in a dry, secure location, out of reach of children.
