Nastavení
- Montáž brusky: Securely mount the bench grinder to a stable workbench using appropriate bolts and nuts (not included). Ensure the grinder is firmly fixed to prevent movement during operation.
- Attaching Safety Guards: Install the transparent safety guards over both grinding wheels. Adjust them to provide maximum protection without obstructing the workpiece.
- Positioning Tool Rests: Attach and adjust the tool rests to be approximately 1.5 mm (1/16 inch) from the grinding wheels. This gap is crucial for safe operation and to prevent the workpiece from jamming.
- Connecting the Flexible Shaft: To attach the flexible shaft, remove the protective cap from the right side of the grinder. Screw the flexible shaft connector onto the threaded spindle until it is secure. Ensure the inner shaft is properly seated.

Using the Grinding Wheels
The bench grinder is equipped with a whetstone for general grinding and a polishing disc for fine finishing. Select the appropriate wheel for your task. The whetstone is suitable for sharpening tools like chisels and knives, while the polishing disc can be used for buffing and fine-tuning surfaces.
