4. Nastavení

4.1 Nabíjení sluchátek a pouzdra

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. The earbuds provide approximately 4.5 hours of continuous playtime on a single charge, and the charging case offers an additional 25 hours (5 full charges), totaling up to 30 hours of playtime. The charging case takes approximately 1.5 hours to fully charge.

• Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated; the indicator lights on the earbuds will illuminate to show charging status.

• The indicator lights on the charging case will show the charging progress. Once fully charged, the lights will indicate completion or turn off.

4.2 Párování se zařízením Bluetooth

The BEBEN T12 earbuds feature Bluetooth 5.0 technology for stable and efficient connection. They offer a one-step pairing process.

• Ujistěte se, že jsou sluchátka nabitá.
• Otevřete nabíjecí pouzdro. Sluchátka se automaticky přepnou do režimu párování.
• Na svém zařízení (chytrém telefonu, tabletu atd.) povolte Bluetooth a vyhledejte dostupná zařízení.
• Select "T19" (or "Beben T19") from the list of found devices.
• Once connected, a voice prompt will confirm the successful pairing. The earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device upon opening the case for subsequent uses.

4.3 Single Earbud Mode and Binaural Mode

The BEBEN T12 earbuds allow seamless switching between single earbud (mono) and binaural (stereo) modes without a designated master earbud.

• Režim jednoho sluchátka: Take out either the left or right earbud from the charging case. It will automatically connect to your device. The other earbud can remain in the case.
• Switching to Binaural Mode: While in single earbud mode, simply take out the second earbud from the charging case. It will automatically connect to the first earbud and switch to binaural (stereo) mode.
• Switching back to Single Earbud Mode: Place one earbud back into the charging case. The remaining earbud will continue to function in single earbud mode.

5. Návod k obsluze

5.1 Zapnutí/vypnutí

• Zapnutí: Open the charging case, and the earbuds will automatically power on. Alternatively, if outside the case, long press the Multi-function Button (MFB) on both earbuds for approximately 2 seconds until you hear a power-on prompt.
• Vypnout: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid; they will automatically power off. Alternatively, if outside the case, long press the MFB on both earbuds for approximately 5 seconds until you hear a power-off prompt.

5.2 Multi-function Button (MFB) Controls

The earbuds feature a Multi-function Button (MFB) for easy control of music playback and calls.

5.3 Nošení sluchátek do uší

The BEBEN T12 earbuds are designed with an ergonomic shape to provide a comfortable and secure fit for extended periods, even during physical activity.

• Každé sluchátko jemně vložte do odpovídajícího ucha (levé pro levé, pravé pro pravé).
• Rotate the earbud slightly until it sits comfortably and securely in your ear canal. A proper fit ensures optimal sound quality and bass response.

6. Údržba

6.1 Čištění

Pravidelné čištění pomáhá udržovat kvalitu zvuku a hygienu.

• K otření sluchátek a nabíjecího pouzdra použijte měkký, suchý hadřík, který nepouští vlákna.
• Nepoužívejte agresivní chemikálie, čisticí rozpouštědla ani silné čisticí prostředky.
• Jemně odstraňte veškerý ušní maz nebo nečistoty ze síťky sluchátka pomocí malého měkkého kartáčku nebo vatového tamponu.

6.2 Skladování

Pokud sluchátka nepoužíváte, uložte je do nabíjecího pouzdra, aby byla chráněna a zůstávala nabitá.

• Výrobek skladujte na chladném a suchém místě, mimo dosah extrémních teplot a přímého slunečního záření.
• Avoid exposing the earbuds or case to excessive moisture. While the earbuds are waterproof, the charging case is not.

7. Řešení problémů

7.1 Reset Procedure (If earbuds cannot pair or connect)

If your earbuds are unable to pair with each other or connect to your device, perform a reset:

1. Delete the "T19" (or "Beben T19") device from the Bluetooth list on your phone or device.
2. Take both earbuds out of the charging case and manually turn them off (long press MFB for approximately 5 seconds).
3. Long press the MFB of both earbuds for 15 seconds until you see orange and white lights flashing for 1 second, then they will turn off automatically. This indicates a successful reset.
4. After 2 seconds, turn on both earbuds (long press MFB for approximately 2 seconds).
5. Double press the MFB of both earbuds. The two earbuds will connect to each other. Once successfully connected, both LED lights will flash orange and white alternately.
6. After the reset, reconnect the earbuds to your device by following the "Pairing with a Bluetooth Device" steps in Section 4.2.

7.2 Běžné problémy

• Funguje pouze jedno sluchátko: Ensure both earbuds are charged. Try placing both back in the case, closing the lid, then reopening to re-establish connection. If issue persists, perform a reset.
• Sluchátka se nenabíjejí: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected and the power source is active. Check if the charging pins on the earbuds and in the case are clean and free of debris.
• Špatná kvalita zvuku/výpadky signálu: Ensure the earbuds are within the Bluetooth range (approx. 30 feet) of your device. Avoid physical obstructions between the earbuds and your device. Ensure earbuds are clean and properly seated in your ears.
