Setup and Loading Grease

Loading Methods:

The AZUNO Pneumatic Grease Gun supports three methods for loading grease:

1. 14 oz. Cartridge Loading: Unscrew the barrel, insert a standard 14 oz. grease cartridge, and reattach the barrel.
2. Suction Loading: Submerge the open end of the barrel into bulk grease and pull the plunger rod back to draw grease into the barrel.
3. Bulk Filling: Use a loader pump to fill the barrel directly with bulk grease.

Preparation Steps for Smooth Operation:

Follow these steps to prepare the grease gun for use after loading grease:

1. Tighten Barrel: Ensure the barrel is securely tightened after loading grease.
2. Pull Plunger Rod: Pull the plunger rod back and release the plunger lock.
3. Push Plunger Rod: Push the plunger rod back into the barrel.

Once the grease gun is loaded and connected to an air compressor (30-150 PSI), it is ready for operation.

• Připojte trysku: Select the appropriate nozzle (flex hose, extension pipe with normal coupler, or sharp nozzle) and securely attach it to the grease gun. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leakage.
• Apply to Fitting: Place the nozzle firmly onto the grease fitting of the component to be lubricated.
• Dávkování maziva: Press the trigger to dispense grease. Grease is delivered with each trigger pull. Release the trigger to stop the flow.
• Air Vent Valve: If air becomes trapped in the tube, open the air vent valve to release it, ensuring a continuous flow of grease.
