Nastavení a instalace

1. Plánování místa instalace

Choose a suitable location within a wall that can structurally support the subwoofer's weight and dimensions. Ensure there are no electrical wires, plumbing, or other obstructions behind the wall where you plan to install the unit. The subwoofer is designed for indoor use only.

2. Wall Cutout and Mounting

Carefully mark the cutout area on the wall using the provided template (if included, or refer to the exact dimensions for a precise fit). Use a drywall saw or similar tool to make the cutout. Ensure the cutout is clean and precise.

3. Připojení vodičů

Před provedením jakéhokoli připojení se ujistěte, že amplifier or receiver is turned off and unplugged. Run high-quality speaker wire from your amplifier's subwoofer output (or LFE output) to the Jamo IW 610 SW. The subwoofer features single binding posts for connection.

Connect the positive (+) terminal from your amplifier to the red (+) terminal on the subwoofer, and the negative (-) terminal from your amplifier to the black (-) terminal on the subwoofer. Ensure a secure connection and no stray wire strands that could cause a short circuit.

The mounting clamps (typically screw-activated) will swing out and clamp onto the drywall from behind as you tighten the screws on the front baffle. Návod k obsluze

After successful installation, connect your amplifier or receiver to a power source and turn it on. Adjust the subwoofer level and crossover frequency settings on your amplifier or AV receiver to blend seamlessly with your main speakers.
