1. Instalace baterií

The BY-BM3031 requires two AA batteries for operation. Ensure the microphone is turned off before installing or replacing batteries.

1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the microphone body.

1. Plug the 3.5 mm connector of the microphone's coiled cable into the microphone input jack of your DSLR, camcorder, or audio recorder.

4. Attaching Windscreen

• +20 dB: Use this setting for quiet sound sources or when your recording device's input is low. This boosts the microphone's output.
• 0 dB: This is the standard, unity gain setting, suitable for most general recording situations.

3. Using the High-Pass Filter

The high-pass filter (HPF) helps to eliminate unwanted low-frequency noise. It has two settings:

• Byt: No filter applied. Use when you want to capture the full frequency range of your audio.
• 80 Hz: Activates the high-pass filter at 80 Hz. This is useful for reducing rumble from air conditioners, traffic, or handling noise.
