Unpacking and Initial Rinse

1. Remove all packaging materials from the brewer.
2. Place the brewer upright on a stable, level surface.
3. Remove the water reservoir and wash it with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.

First Brew Cycle (Cleansing Brew)

Before brewing your first beverage, perform a cleansing brew to prepare the brewer for use.

Making Lattes and Cappuccinos

The K-Cafe allows you to brew a concentrated coffee shot and froth milk for specialty beverages.

1. Fill the frother with fresh milk (skim, soy, almond, etc.) to the appropriate fill line for latte or cappuccino.
2. Place the frother lid on securely.
3. Place the frother onto the frother base.
4. Insert a K-Cup pod into the brewer and lower the handle.
