4. Nastavení

4.1. Instalace baterií

1. Otevřete kryt přihrádky na baterie na zadní straně monitoru.
2. Vložte čtyři (4) baterie typu AA a dbejte na správnou polaritu (+/-).
3. Bezpečně zavřete kryt bateriového prostoru.

4.2. Připevnění manžety na paži

1. Vyhledejte konektor vzduchové hadičky na manžetě.
2. Firmly insert the air tube connector into the air jack on the side of the blood pressure monitor. Ensure a snug fit.

5. Návod k obsluze

5.1. Před provedením měření

• Před měřením se alespoň 30 minut vyhněte jídlu, pití alkoholu, kouření nebo cvičení.
• Rest for 5 minutes before taking a measurement.
• Posaďte se do pohodlné polohy s podepřenými zády a chodidly na podlaze.
• Položte si paži na rovný povrch tak, aby manžeta byla ve výšce srdce.

5.2. Nasazení pažní manžety

1. Protáhněte levou paži smyčkou manžety. Vzduchová trubice by měla vést po vnitřní straně paže.
2. Position the cuff so the bottom edge is approximately 1-2 cm (0.4-0.8 inches) above your elbow. The artery mark on the cuff should align with your brachial artery.
3. Wrap the cuff snugly around your upper arm, securing it with the hook-and-loop fastener. Ensure it is not too tight or too loose.

5.3. Měření

1. With the cuff correctly applied and your arm positioned, press the START tlačítko.
2. The cuff will automatically inflate to a suitable level. The monitor uses advanced technology to customize inflation for comfort.
3. Once inflation is complete, the cuff will slowly deflate, and your blood pressure (systolic and diastolic) and pulse rate will be displayed on the large LCD screen.
4. The monitor will also display a colored gauge next to the readings to help interpret the result.
5. If an irregular heartbeat is detected, an indicator will appear on the display.

6. Paměťové funkce

The Medline Advanced Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor can store up to 90 measurements for 3 users, allowing you to track your health progress over time.

6.1. Accessing Stored Readings

1. Stiskněte tlačítko MEM button when the monitor is off.
2. The display will show the average of the last three readings.
3. Stiskněte tlačítko MEM button repeatedly to scroll through individual stored measurements, from most recent to oldest.
4. Each measurement will display the blood pressure, pulse rate, and the date/time it was taken.

6.2. Switching Users

Refer to the full user manual for detailed instructions on switching between the 3 user profiles to ensure readings are stored correctly for each individual.

7. Údržba

7.1. Čištění zařízení

• Otřete monitor a manžetu měkkým, suchým hadříkem.
• V případě potřeby použijte mírně damp hadříkem s jemným mýdlem a poté otřete dosucha.
• Nepoužívejte abrazivní čisticí prostředky, rozpouštědla ani neponořujte zařízení do vody.

7.2. Skladování

• Store the device and cuff in the provided carrying case when not in use.
• Skladujte na chladném a suchém místě, mimo dosah přímého slunečního záření a extrémních teplot.
