1. Úvod

This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your ARREGUI Premier 16501-S2 Electronic Combination Safe. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the safe to ensure proper function and security.

2. Bezpečnostní informace

• Do not store emergency keys inside the safe. Keep them in a secure, separate location.
• Ensure the safe is installed on a stable surface or securely anchored to prevent tipping or unauthorized removal.

3.1 Vybalení

3.2 Instalace baterie

The safe requires 4 AA 1.5V alkaline batteries (not included) for the electronic lock to function. The battery compartment is typically located on the inside of the safe door.

1. Open the safe using one of the emergency keys (refer to section 3.3 for initial opening).

3.4 Montáž trezoru

While installation is not strictly required, anchoring the safe is highly recommended to prevent theft. The ARREGUI Premier 16501-S2 model features 4 pre-drilled holes on the base and 4 on the rear wall, each 9 mm in diameter, for secure mounting.

1. Choose a suitable location for the safe, such as inside a cabinet, on a shelf, or directly to a wall or floor.
2. Mark the drilling points through the pre-drilled holes on the safe's base or rear.
3. Drill pilot holes into the chosen surface using an appropriate drill bit.
4. Position the safe and secure it using the provided mounting material (screws). Ensure all screws are tightened firmly.

4. Návod k obsluze

4.1 Nastavení osobního kódu

With the safe door open, you can set your personal 3 to 8 digit opening code.

1. Locate the red or green reset button on the inside of the safe door, near the hinge.
2. Press the reset button. You should hear a beep, and an indicator light on the keypad will illuminate.
3. Do 5 sekund zadejte na klávesnici požadovaný 3 až 8místný kód.
4. Press the '#' or 'B' button (or similar confirmation button, check keypad markings) to confirm. You should hear a confirmation beep.

4.3 Temporary Lock-Out

If an incorrect code is entered 3 consecutive times, the safe's electronic lock will temporarily disable for a short period (e.g., 20-30 seconds) as a security measure. During this time, the keypad will not respond. Wait for the lock-out period to expire before attempting to enter the code again.

4.4 LED indikátory

• Zelená LED: Indicates correct code entry and that the safe can be opened.
• Červená LED: Indicates incorrect code entry or low battery power. If the red LED flashes continuously during operation, it signifies that the batteries need to be replaced soon.

When the red LED light indicates low battery power, replace all 4 AA alkaline batteries promptly to ensure continuous operation. Refer to section 3.2 for battery installation instructions. Always use new, high-quality alkaline batteries.
