4. Průvodce nastavením

The Burnhard Wayne barbecue comes largely pre-assembled. Minimal assembly is required before first use.

1. Rozbalit: Opatrně vyjměte všechny součásti z obalu.
2. Připevnit rukojeti: Securely screw the two large handles onto the designated points on the barbecue chassis.
3. Place Grates: Insert the cast iron cooking grates into the cooking chamber.
4. Instalace misky na tuk: Slide the removable grease drip tray into its slot beneath the cooking chamber.
5. Připojení plynu:
   • Ensure the barbecue control knobs are in the "OFF" position.
   • Connect the gas hose to the barbecue's gas inlet. Tighten securely.
   • Connect the other end of the gas hose to the gas regulator.
   • Connect the gas regulator to your gas cylinder. Ensure all connections are tight.
   • Perform a leak test: Apply a soapy water solution to all gas connections. If bubbles appear, there is a leak. Tighten connections or replace faulty parts. Do not use the barbecue if a leak is detected.
6. Position Barbecue: Place the barbecue on a stable, level, non-combustible surface, ensuring adequate clearance from combustible materials.

5. Obsluha grilu

Follow these steps for safe and efficient operation of your Burnhard Wayne barbecue.

1. Otevřený přívod plynu: Pomalu otevřete ventil na plynové lahvi.
2. Ignite Burners:
   • Push in and turn one control knob counter-clockwise to the "HIGH" position.
   • The integrated piezo ignition system will spark, igniting the burner. You should hear a "click" and see the flame.
   • If the burner does not ignite within 5 seconds, turn the knob to "OFF", wait 5 minutes for gas to dissipate, then repeat the ignition process.
   • V případě potřeby opakujte pro druhý hořák.
3. Předehřívání: Close the lid and allow the barbecue to preheat for 10-15 minutes on high. The integrated thermometer on the lid will indicate the internal temperature.
4. Upravit teplotu: Use the individual control knobs to adjust the flame intensity and temperature for direct or indirect grilling. The two burners can be adjusted independently.
5. Grilování: Place food on the cooking grates. Monitor cooking progress and adjust heat as needed.
6. Vypnout: When finished grilling, turn both control knobs to the "OFF" position. Close the valve on the gas cylinder. Allow the barbecue to cool completely before handling.

6. Péče a údržba

Pravidelné čištění a údržba prodlouží životnost vašeho grilu a zajistí optimální výkon.

• After Each Use (Burn-Off):
  • After removing food, close the lid and turn the burners to full power for approximately 20 minutes. This will burn off most food residue on the grates.
  • Once cooled, use a stainless steel barbecue brush to scrape off any remaining residue from the grates.

  • The grease drip tray is removable for easy cleaning.
  • It can be washed by hand with warm soapy water or placed in a dishwasher.
  • Clean regularly to prevent grease buildup and potential flare-ups.
