1. Initial Fitment
Upon receiving your helmet, ensure it fits snugly without causing pressure points. The helmet should not move freely when you shake your head. If it does, consider a different size or adjust the interior padding if applicable.

1. Opening and Closing the Flip-Up Mechanism
The Neotec II features a versatile flip-up chin bar. To open, locate the release button (typically on the front lower edge of the chin bar), press it, and lift the chin bar upwards until it locks into the open position. To close, firmly pull the chin bar down until it clicks securely into place.

The clear outer visor can be opened and closed manually. For the internal sun shield, locate the slider mechanism on the side of the helmet and slide it forward or backward to deploy or retract the sun shield.
