3. Průvodce nastavením

Follow these steps to set up your ZKTeco LX50 device:

1. Připojení napájení: Connect the provided 5V power adapter to the power port at the bottom of the device and plug it into a power outlet. The device will power on automatically.
2. Počáteční konfigurace: The device will display the current time and date. You may need to adjust these settings through the menu.
3. Montáž (volitelné): If wall-mounting, use the provided screws and anchors. Ensure the device is securely fastened.

4.1 Registrace uživatele

Registrace nového uživatele:

1. Stiskněte tlačítko M/OK tlačítko pro vstup do hlavní nabídky.
2. Přejděte na Uživatel a stiskněte M/OK.
3. Vybrat Přidat uživatele a stiskněte M/OK.
4. Enter the user ID and name using the keypad.
5. Vybrat FP (Fingerprint) and place the user's finger on the scanner three times for enrollment.
6. Optionally, set a password for the user.
7. Stiskněte M/OK uložit.

4.2 Shift Settings

To configure shift settings:

1. Stiskněte tlačítko M/OK tlačítko pro vstup do hlavní nabídky.
2. Přejděte na Shift Set a stiskněte M/OK.
3. First, ensure a department is created under Dept. Set.
4. Pod Shift Set, you can define attendance rules (e.g., grace period for late/early leave), schedule type, and default shift.
5. You can also specify if Saturday/Sunday are working days (On-duty) or off days.
6. Přejděte na Naplánovat to assign shifts to specific employees or departments.
7. Stiskněte M/OK pro potvrzení změn.

4.3 Data Download and Report Generation

The LX50 features a Self-Service-Recorder (SSR) function, allowing direct report generation to a USB flash drive.

1. Ensure you have an 8GB USB flash drive formatted to FAT32.
2. Insert the USB flash drive into the USB Host port on the side of the device.

4. Přejděte na Zpráva a stiskněte M/OK.
5. You will see options like Download ATT Report, Download ATT Setting Reporta Upload ATT Setting Report.
6. Vybrat Download ATT Report to download attendance records to the USB drive in Excel format.
7. Vybrat Download ATT Setting Report to save device settings to the USB drive. This can be used to back up settings or transfer them to another device.
8. Vybrat Upload ATT Setting Report to load settings from a USB drive to the device.

5. Údržba

• Čištění: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the device, especially the fingerprint scanner and screen. Avoid abrasive cleaners or liquids.
• Napájení: Always use the original 5V power adapter. Incorrect voltage může poškodit zařízení.
• Záloha dat: Regularly back up attendance data and device settings to a USB flash drive to prevent data loss.
• Prostředí: Keep the device in a dry, dust-free environment. Avoid direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

• Fingerprint Not Reading: Ensure the finger is clean and dry. Try re-enrolling the fingerprint if issues persist.
