1. Úvod

The ZKTeco WL10 is a wireless fingerprint time and attendance terminal designed for efficient employee management. 4.1. Přední panel

• 2.8palcový TFT displej: Shows date, time, attendance status, menu options, and user information.
• Klávesnice: Numeric keys (0-9) for ID input and menu navigation, along with function keys like ESC (Escape) and M/OK (Menu/OK).

4.2. Side/Rear Panel (General)

5. Nastavení

5.1. Montáž zařízení

1. Choose a suitable location for installation, ensuring it is easily accessible for users and away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
2. Use the provided mounting template (if available) to mark the drilling positions on the wall.
3. Vyvrtejte otvory a vložte hmoždinky.
4. Připevněte zařízení ke zdi pomocí dodaných šroubů.

5.2. Připojení napájení

Connect the supplied power adapter to the device's power port and then plug it into a power outlet. The device will power on automatically.

5.3. Initial Configuration and Wi-Fi Setup

1. Upon first power-on, the device may prompt for initial settings like date, time, and language. Follow the on-screen instructions.
2. Konfigurace Wi-Fi:
   • Stiskněte tlačítko M/OK tlačítko pro vstup do hlavní nabídky.
   • Přejděte na Comm. or Síť nastavení.
   • Vybrat Wi-Fi and enable it.
   • Scan for available networks and select your desired Wi-Fi network.
   • Enter the Wi-Fi password using the keypad and confirm.

6. Návod k obsluze

6.1. Registrace uživatele

Before users can record attendance, they must be registered in the system.

1. Stiskněte M/OK pro vstup do hlavní nabídky.
2. Přejděte na Správa uživatelů > Nový uživatel.
3. Enter a unique User ID (e.g., 1 to 1000).
4. Vybrat Zapsat prst. Place the user's finger on the sensor three times, lifting it slightly between each placement. Ensure full contact.
5. Optionally, enroll a password or card (if supported).
6. Uložte uživatelské informace.

6.2. Recording Attendance (Check-in/Check-out)

Z hlavní obrazovky:

• Přiložte registrovaný prst na snímač otisků prstů.
• The device will verify the fingerprint and display a success message, recording the attendance event (e.g., "Check-in Success").
• The device automatically determines "Check-in" or "Check-out" based on the last recorded event and configured time settings.

6.3. Správa dat

The WL10 supports various methods for data management.

6.3.1. Self-Service Recorder (SSR) Report

The SSR function allows users to download attendance reports directly to a USB flash drive without needing software.

1. Insert a formatted USB flash drive into the device's USB Host port.
2. Stiskněte M/OK pro vstup do hlavní nabídky.
3. Přejděte na Zpráva or USB disk > Stáhnout zprávu.
4. Select the desired report type (e.g., Attendance Log, User Info) and confirm.
5. The report will be saved to the USB drive in a readable format (e.g., Excel).

6.3.2. USB Host/Client Data Transfer

• Hostitel USB: For direct data download/upload using a USB flash drive (as described for SSR).
• USB klient: Connect the device to a computer using a USB cable. Use ZKTeco attendance management software (sold separately or available for download) to manage users, download logs, and configure advanced settings.

6.4. Nastavení systému

Access the main menu (M/OK) to configure various system parameters:

• Datum a čas: Pro přesné záznamy o docházce nastavte správné datum a čas.
• Scheduled Bell: Configure specific times for the device to ring a bell (e.g., start/end of shifts).
• Letní čas (DST): Enable or disable DST as per local requirements.

• Čištění: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the device's exterior. For the fingerprint sensor, use a lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Záloha dat: Regularly back up attendance data to a USB flash drive or computer to prevent data loss.
