1. Prepare ingredients by peeling and cutting them into pieces that fit comfortably into the MultiChopper basket. For example, cut an onion in half.

4.2 Using the High-Speed Blade

The high-speed blade is suitable for finely chopping ingredients such as meat, herbs, chocolate, and for preparing purees, pesto, or hummus.
