4. Nastavení
4.1 Vybalení a montáž
- Opatrně vyjměte všechny součásti z obalu.
- Assemble the stand according to the provided diagrams (if separate).
- Mount the bandsaw unit onto the assembled stand, ensuring all fasteners are securely tightened.
- Attach the work table, ensuring it is level and can be tilted smoothly.
4.2 Instalace a napnutí pilového pásu

- Open the blade guard covers.
- Carefully position the blade around the upper and lower flywheels, ensuring the teeth are pointing downwards towards the table.
- Adjust the blade guides and thrust bearings to be just clear of the blade.
- Use the quick tensioning system (refer to Figure 4.1) to apply appropriate tension to the blade. The blade should be taut but not overly stressed.
- Close all blade guard covers before reconnecting power.

5. Návod k obsluze
5.1 Základní obsluha
- Ujistěte se, že je obrobek čistý a bez cizích předmětů.
- Adjust the upper blade guide to be approximately 3-6 mm above the workpiece.
- Select the appropriate cutting speed for your material (370-750 m/min).
- Turn on the machine and allow the blade to reach full speed before starting the cut.
- Feed the workpiece slowly and steadily into the blade, applying even pressure.
- Use push sticks for smaller workpieces to keep hands clear of the blade.

5.2 Cutting Applications

5.3 Table Tilt Adjustment
The work table can be tilted up to 45 degrees for precise angled cuts. To adjust:
- Loosen the locking knob or lever beneath the table.
- Carefully tilt the table to the desired angle, using the angle scale for accuracy.
- Tighten the locking knob or lever securely before starting the cut.

6. Údržba

6.1 Čištění
- Před čištěním vždy odpojte napájení.
- Remove sawdust and debris from the table, blade guides, and inside the cabinet using a brush or vacuum cleaner.
- Do not use solvents or harsh chemicals that could damage painted surfaces or plastic components.
6.2 Výměna čepele
Replace dull or damaged blades promptly. Refer to Section 4.2 for blade installation and tensioning instructions.
6.3 Mazání
Periodically lubricate moving parts as indicated in the detailed service manual (if applicable) to ensure smooth operation.
