This manual provides instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your VTech CS6529-4B DECT 6.0 Cordless Phone System. Please read this manual thoroughly before using your new phone system to ensure proper functionality and to take full advantage jeho vlastností.

1. Obsah balení

2. Base Unit Installation
- Connect the telephone line cord to the TEL LINE jack on the base unit and to a telephone wall jack.
- Plug one end of the power adapter into the POWER jack on the base unit and the other end into an electrical outlet not controlled by a wall switch.
- Place the base unit on a flat surface or mount it on a wall.
3. Instalace a nabíjení baterie telefonu
Your handsets come with pre-installed rechargeable AAA batteries. Before initial use, charge each handset for at least 12 hours.
- Place each handset into its respective charging cradle. Ensure the "CHARGE" indicator on the handset lights up.
- Plug each charging cradle's power adapter into an electrical outlet.

4. Nastavení data a času
After the handsets are charged, you will need to set the date and time. This ensures accurate Caller ID records and answering system timestamps.
- Stiskněte MENU/SELECT on any handset.
- Přejděte na NASTAVTE DATUM/ČAS a stiskněte MENU/SELECT.
- Enter the month, day, and year using the keypad. Press MENU/SELECT after each entry.
- Enter the hour and minute. Select AM or PM. Press MENU/SELECT uložit.

The phone displays the name, number, time, and date of incoming calls. It stores up to 50 calls in the Caller ID log.
- Na review the Caller ID log, press CID na sluchátku.

- To call back a number from the log, press HOVOR / FLASH.

4. Digitální záznamník
The integrated digital answering system can record up to 14 minutes of messages.
- To play messages: Stiskněte PLAY/STOP na základní jednotce.
- To skip a message: Stiskněte PŘESKOČIT během přehrávání.
- To repeat a message: Stiskněte OPAKOVAT během přehrávání.
- Smazání zprávy: Stiskněte VYMAZAT během přehrávání.

5. Remote Access to Answering System
You can access your answering system messages from an outside line.
- Call your phone number from any touch-tone phone.
- When the answering system answers, enter your 2-digit remote access code.
- Follow the voice prompts to play, skip, or delete messages.

6. Phonebook Directory
Do telefonního seznamu si můžete uložit až 50 jmen a čísel pro rychlé vytáčení.
- To add an entry: Press MENU/SELECT, přejděte na ADRESÁŘ, pak ADD NEW ENTRY.
- Enter the name and number, then press MENU/SELECT uložit.
- To dial from the phonebook: Press DIR, scroll to the desired entry, then press HOVOR / FLASH.

7. Tichý režim
Temporarily silence all ringers on the handsets and base unit.
- Stiskněte a podržte KLID# on the handset to activate/deactivate Quiet Mode.

8. Konferenční hovor
Facilitate a three-way conversation between two internal handsets and an external line.

- Once the other handset answers, press KONF (nebo MENU/SELECT pak KONFERENCE) to join all three parties.

9. ECO Mode Power-Conserving Technology
This technology automatically manages power consumption for optimal battery performance and reduced energy use.

10. Lighted Keypad
The handset keypad illuminates for easier dialing in low-light conditions.

Údržba
1. Péče o baterie

- For optimal performance, fully charge batteries for 12 hours before first use.

If you experience issues with your phone system, try the following troubleshooting steps:

- Verify the telephone line cord is properly connected to the base unit and the wall jack.

Static or Poor Call Quality

Handset Not Charging
- Ensure the handset is correctly seated in its charging cradle. The "CHARGE" indicator should light up.

Answering System Not Recording Messages
- Check if the answering system is turned ON (ANS ON/OFF button on the base).

If issues persist, try resetting the system:
- Unplug the base unit's power adapter from the electrical outlet.
