Nastavení

1. Vybalení a kontrola

Carefully remove the RCI-2995DXCF from its packaging. Inspect the unit for any signs of damage that may have occurred during transit. Retain the original packaging for future transport or storage.

2. Připojení napájení

The unit features a built-in AC power supply. Connect the supplied AC power cord to the rear panel's AC input and then to a standard 120V AC outlet. Ensure the power switch on the front panel is in the OFF position before connecting to power.

3. Připojení antény

Connect a suitable 10 or 12 meter band antenna to the antenna connector on the rear panel. Use a high-quality coaxial cable with appropriate connectors. Ensure the antenna system is properly tuned for optimal performance and to prevent damage to the unit.

4. External Speaker/Microphone (Optional)

If desired, connect an external speaker to the external speaker jack and a microphone to the microphone input on the front panel. Refer to the microphone's specifications for compatibility.

1. Zapnutí/vypnutí

To power on the unit, press the POWER switch located on the front panel. The display will illuminate. To power off, press the switch again.

Select the desired operating mode (AM, CW, FM, SSB) using the MODE selector switch. Each mode has specific characteristics for transmission and reception.

Frequencies can be selected using three methods:

• Front Panel Frequency Selector: Use the main tuning knob to adjust the frequency.

Use the CLARIFIER control to fine-tune the receiver frequency by ±0.5kHz for optimal reception, especially under difficult signal conditions.

6. Noise Blanker/ANL

Engage the Noise Blanker (NB) and Automatic Noise Limiter (ANL) circuitry to reduce impulse noise and improve signal clarity.
