Nastavení

Počáteční příprava:

1. Attach Kickstand (VSP Models Only): Slide the included kickstand onto the base of the sprayer's grip for proper balance.
2. Flush Out Storage Fluid: Before first use, the sprayer contains test fluid that needs to be flushed.
   • Remove the cup assembly from the sprayer.
   • Insert a FlexLiner bag into the cup support and fill it with water.
   • Replace and tighten the lid until alignment guides are within range.
   • Align the VacuValve on the cup cover with the prime pump/spray knob, ensuring the knob is in the PRIME PUMP position.
   • Push the cup assembly onto the sprayer and twist to lock.
   • Turn the sprayer upside down and point it into a bucket.
   • Plug the sprayer into a power source.
   • Pull the trigger for 3 seconds.
   • Turn the prime pump/spray knob to the SPRAY position and rotate the tip 180 degrees to the UNCLOG position.
   • While holding the sprayer upside down, point it into a bucket and pull the trigger for 3 seconds.

Obsluha postřikovače

The Graco TrueCoat 360 VSP is designed for ease of use, allowing you to spray a variety of materials without thinning. Always ensure proper preparation of the surface and surrounding area before spraying.

Loading Paint:

1. Ensure the sprayer is clean and free of any previous material.
2. Insert a new or clean FlexLiner bag into the cup support.
3. Pour your desired paint material into the FlexLiner bag. The 42 oz. FlexLiner bags allow for fewer refills during projects.
4. Attach the cup lid and assembly to the sprayer, ensuring the VacuValve is properly aligned and sealed.
5. Squeeze the FlexLiner bag to remove excess air until paint is at the top of the bag, then close the bleed valve.

Postřik:

1. Set the variable speed control to your desired setting (1-10). Higher settings provide faster flow for thicker materials or larger areas.
2. Select the appropriate spray tip (4-inch narrow or 12-inch wide) based on your project needs. The reversible tip allows for easy clearing of clogs.
3. Hold the sprayer approximately 10-12 inches from the surface, maintaining a consistent distance for an even coat.
4. Pull the trigger fully and move the sprayer in smooth, even strokes. The VacuValve technology allows for spraying in any direction, including overhead or downwards.
5. Overlap each pass by about 50% to ensure complete coverage.

Údržba a čištění

Proper cleaning after each use is crucial for maintaining your Graco TrueCoat 360 VSP sprayer's performance and longevity. Always disconnect the sprayer from the power source before cleaning.

Quick Clean Procedure:

1. Uvolněte tlak: Turn the prime pump/spray knob to the PRIME PUMP position to relieve any pressure.
2. Remove Excess Material: Separate the cup support with the FlexLiner bag from the cup cover. Pour any remaining paint back into its original container. Dispose of or clean the FlexLiner bag.
3. Clean Cup Cover: Set the sprayer upside down on a flat surface. This keeps any wet paint in the cup cover.
4. Clean Sprayer Interior: Fill a clean FlexLiner bag with appropriate cleaning fluid (water for latex, mineral spirits for oil-based). Secure the cup assembly to the sprayer. Shake the entire sprayer for 10 seconds to clean the cup cover.
5. Splachovací postřikovač: Ensure the prime pump/spray knob is in the PRIME PUMP position. Reconnect the sprayer to power. Turn the sprayer upside down and point into a waste pail. Pull the trigger for 10 seconds to circulate cleaning fluid through the pump.

7. Čisté komponenty: Remove the spray tip and strainer. Clean them with water or mineral spirits using a soft brush. Use a soft cloth to clean the cup support and cup cover.
8. Clean VacuValve: Remove the VacuValve cap from the cup cover and clean it with a soft brush. Run water through the VacuValve reservoir and thoroughly clean the area with a cloth. If the air hole is clogged, use a paper clip to clear it.
