1. Instalace hry
- Insert the Rock Band 4 game disc into your Xbox One console.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to install the game. Ensure your console is connected to the internet for any necessary updates.
2. Instrument Setup
Before playing, ensure all instruments have fresh batteries installed (2 AA batteries for each wireless instrument). The USB Microphone connects directly to the Xbox One.
Wireless Fender Stratocaster Guitar Controller
- Insert the included AA batteries into the guitar controller's battery compartment.
- Press the Xbox button on the guitar to power it on.
- Press the sync button on the guitar and then on your Xbox One console to pair the device. The Xbox button light on the guitar will become solid when connected.
Wireless Drum Kit
- Assemble the drum kit according to the diagrams in the separate drum assembly guide.
- Insert the included AA batteries into the drum kit's battery compartment.
- Press the Xbox button on the drum kit to power it on.
- Press the sync button on the drum kit and then on your Xbox One console to pair the device. The Xbox button light on the drum kit will become solid when connected.
USB Mikrofon
- Connect the USB cable from the microphone to an available USB port on your Xbox One console.
- The microphone is plug-and-play and should be recognized automatically by the game.

Rock Band 4 simulates playing musical instruments in a band. On-screen cues indicate when to hit notes on your instrument or sing into the microphone. Successfully hitting notes and singing in tune contributes to your band's score and performance.
Instrument-Specific Features
- Freestyle Guitar Solos: During designated solo sections, guitarists can improvise using the fret buttons and strum bar, creating unique solos without strict note charts.
- Dynamic Drum Fills: Drummers can add their own flair during drum fill sections, with the game dynamically adjusting to maintain rhythm.
- Vocal Improvisation: Vocalists have more freedom to improvise melodies and harmonies, with the game providing feedback on pitch and rhythm.

- Shows Mode: This multiplayer mode allows players to drop in or out, change difficulty levels, and vote for the next song without interrupting gameplay, creating a dynamic band experience.
- Hudební knihovna: The game includes over 60 tracks. Additional songs can be downloaded from the in-game Music Store. Previously purchased Rock Band music libraries can be imported into Rock Band 4.
