4. Nastavení

Before taking a measurement, ensure the device is properly assembled.

Připojení manžety: Firmly attach the air tube from the arm cuff to the air port on the manometer.
Connect the Inflation Bulb: Ensure the inflation bulb is securely connected to the manometer. The air release valve on the bulb should be fully closed by turning it clockwise.
Prepare the Stethoscope: Place the earpieces of the stethoscope in your ears. Ensure the diaphragm (chest piece) is ready to be placed over the brachial artery.

5. Návod k obsluze

Pro přesné měření krevního tlaku postupujte podle těchto kroků:

Příprava: Sit quietly for at least 5 minutes before measurement. Ensure your arm is relaxed and supported at heart level. Do not talk or move during the measurement.
Nasaďte manžetu: Wrap the cuff snugly around your bare upper arm, about 2-3 cm above the elbow joint. The artery mark on the cuff should align with your brachial artery (inner side of the arm).
Position Stethoscope: Place the diaphragm of the stethoscope gently over the brachial artery, just below the cuff.

- Continue deflating. The point at which the tapping sounds disappear or become very faint indicates the diastolický (lower) blood pressure. Note this reading.
Uvolnění vzduchu: Fully open the air release valve to deflate the cuff completely. Remove the cuff and stethoscope.
