Bezpečnostní pokyny

Always observe the following safety precautions to prevent injury and damage to the machine:

Nastavení a montáž

Follow these steps to assemble your Scheppach HD12 Dust Collector:

1. Rozbalit: Carefully remove all components from the packaging and check for any damage. Ensure all parts listed in the manual are present.
2. Sestavte rám: Attach the support legs and wheels to the main frame according to the diagrams provided in the separate assembly sheet. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely.
3. Mount Motor Unit: Secure the motor and impeller housing onto the top of the frame.
4. Attach Filter Bag: Fasten the upper filter bag to the top outlet of the impeller housing using the provided clamp. Ensure a tight seal to prevent dust leakage.
5. Install Collection Bag: Attach the lower collection bag to the bottom outlet of the impeller housing. Use the quick-release clamp to secure it firmly. The transparent bag allows for easy monitoring of fill level.
6. Připojte hadici: Attach one end of the flexible hose to the dust collector's intake port. Use the appropriate adapter from the kit to connect the other end to your woodworking machine's dust port.
7. Elektrické připojení: Plug the power cord into a suitable 230V, 50Hz power outlet.

Operace

Operating your HD12 Dust Collector is straightforward:

• Příprava: Ensure the collection bag is empty or has sufficient capacity. Verify all connections (hose, bags) are secure.
• Zapnutí: Switch on the dust collector using the power switch located on the motor unit.
• Provoz stroje: Begin operating your woodworking machine (e.g., table saw, planer). The dust collector will immediately start collecting chips and dust.
• Sledování: Periodically check the collection bag's fill level. Do not allow it to overfill, as this can reduce suction efficiency and potentially damage the unit.
• Vypnout: Once you have finished your work, switch off the woodworking machine first, then turn off the dust collector.

Údržba

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your dust collector:

• Empty Collection Bag: Empty the lower collection bag regularly, ideally before it is completely full. Disconnect power before removing the bag.

• Clean Filter Bag: Periodically clean the upper filter bag. This can be done by gently shaking it or using compressed air (from the outside in a well-ventilated area) to dislodge accumulated fine dust. A clogged filter reduces suction.
• Inspect Hose and Connections: Check the flexible hose and all connections for blockages, tears, or loose fittings. Replace damaged parts as needed.
