Your Steelcase Reply chair arrives mostly assembled. The following steps detail how to make initial adjustments for optimal comfort.

1. Nastavení výšky sedadla

Proper seat height ensures your feet are flat on the floor and your upper and lower legs form a 90-degree angle, preventing pressure points under your thighs.

• To raise the seat: Lift the handle located under the seat while slightly lifting your weight from the seat.
• To lower the seat: Remain seated and lift the same handle.

4. Armrest Adjustments (Height, Width, Depth, Pivot)

Armrests support your arms and shoulders, reducing fatigue. The Reply chair's armrests offer multi-dimensional adjustments.

• Turn the handle located under the seat (usually on the right side) forwards to tighten the tension.
• Turn the handle backwards to ease the tension.

6. Multi-Position Back Lock and Upright Back Lock

This feature allows you to lock the backrest in an upright position or in one of three reclined positions.

• While sitting at your desired recline angle, operate the lever (usually on the left side under the seat) to lock the backrest in place.

7. Seat Angle Adjustment (Perch Forward)

For users who prefer to perch forward, this adjustment opens the angle between your thighs and abdomen.

• Activate the lever (refer to your chair's specific controls) to adjust the seat angle.
