4. Nastavení a první použití
4.1. Před prvním použitím
- Unpack the ice cream maker and all its components. Remove any packaging materials.
- Wash the removable cooling bowl, mixing paddle, and lid in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. The motor unit should only be wiped with a damp tkanina.
- Place the removable cooling bowl in the freezer for at least 8-12 hours (or longer for optimal results) before making ice cream. The colder the bowl, the better the results. Ensure your freezer is set to -18°C (0°F) or lower.

- Ensure the cooling bowl is completely frozen and dry.
- Place the frozen cooling bowl into the outer white base.
- Insert the mixing paddle into the center of the cooling bowl, ensuring it sits correctly.
- Place the motor unit with the transparent lid onto the outer base, aligning the tabs and twisting gently to lock it into place. Ensure the mixing paddle engages with the motor unit.

5.1. Preparing Your Mixture
- Prepare your desired ice cream or sorbet mixture according to a recipe. The included 8-recipe booklet provides excellent starting points.
- Ensure your mixture is chilled in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours before adding it to the ice cream maker. A cold mixture will yield better results.
- Do not fill the cooling bowl more than two-thirds full, as the mixture will expand during freezing. The capacity of the bowl is 1.5 liters.
5.2. Making Ice Cream
- Ensure the ice cream maker is correctly assembled and the cooling bowl is frozen.

- You can add solid ingredients like chocolate chips, nuts, or fruit pieces during the last 5 minutes of churning through the food inlet.
- Once the ice cream is ready, turn off the appliance and unplug it.
- Remove the motor unit and mixing paddle. Use a plastic or wooden spatula to scoop the ice cream into a separate container for serving or further freezing. Avoid using metal utensils, as they can damage the cooling bowl.
