3. Nastavení

Note: Suspension eyebolts are not included. The optional U-bracket model MTU-3 is sold separately.
3.2 Montáž a umístění
The AM5212/95 can be installed in various configurations, including pole-mounting, wall-mounting with an optional U-bracket (MTU-3), or suspension. Always ensure that mounting surfaces and hardware can safely support the loudspeaker's weight (55 pounds / 24.9 kg).
- Montáž na tyč: The loudspeaker features a standard pole-mount socket for use with compatible speaker stands.
- Montáž na U-držák: For wall or ceiling mounting, the optional JBL MTU-3 U-bracket can be used. Follow the instructions provided with the MTU-3 bracket for secure installation.
- Suspenze: The enclosure is equipped with multiple M10 threaded points for suspension. Use only certified M10 eyebolts and ensure proper rigging techniques are employed by qualified personnel.
3.3 Waveguide Rotation
The 90° x 50° Progressive Transition™ waveguide can be rotated to optimize coverage depending on the loudspeaker's orientation (horizontal or vertical). To rotate the waveguide:

- Unscrew the mounting screws securing the waveguide.
- Gently rotate the waveguide to the desired orientation.
- Securely fasten the waveguide with the mounting screws.
- Reattach the front grille.
3.4 Audio připojení
The AM5212/95 offers both Bi-Amp and Passive operation modes. Select the appropriate mode based on your amplifier and system configuration.
- Pasivní režim: In passive mode, a single amplifier channel powers both the low-frequency and high-frequency drivers through the loudspeaker's internal crossover. Connect your amplifier output to the input connectors on the loudspeaker.
- Bi-Amp režim: v bi-amp mode, separate amplifier channels are used for the low-frequency and high-frequency drivers, requiring an external electronic crossover. Ensure the internal Bi-Amp/Passive switch is set to Bi-Amp. Connect the low-frequency amplifier output to the LF input and the high-frequency amplifier output to the HF input.
Always use high-quality speaker cables with appropriate gauge for the cable length and power requirements.

- Ensure all audio connections are secure and correctly configured for either Passive or Bi-Amp režimu.
