1. Adjusting Grind Level
The EKM 150 offers 7 adjustable grind levels, from fine to coarse. Use the slider on the front of the unit to select your desired fineness. Move the slider towards "Fein" for a finer grind (e.g., for espresso) and towards "Grob" for a coarser grind (e.g., for French press).
