Nastavení a instalace

Follow these steps to properly install the casters on your children's cot:

1. Prepare the Cot: Carefully turn the cot upside down or lay it on its side to access the bottom of the legs. Ensure the cot is stable and will not tip over during installation.
2. Insert Sockets (if necessary): If your cot legs do not have pre-drilled holes or existing sockets, gently insert the provided white sockets into the bottom of each cot leg. Ensure they fit snugly and are flush with the leg's surface. Some cot models may have integrated holes, making this step unnecessary.
3. Připevněte kolečka: Take one caster and align its stem with the socket (or pre-drilled hole) at the bottom of a cot leg. Firmly push the caster stem into the socket/hole until it is fully seated. You may hear a click, indicating it is locked into place.
4. Repeat for All Legs: Repeat step 3 for the remaining three cot legs, ensuring all four casters are securely attached.
5. Ověřte stabilitu: Once all casters are installed, carefully return the cot to its upright position. Gently push and pull the cot to ensure all casters roll smoothly and are securely attached. The cot should feel stable and balanced.

Note: If you encounter resistance or difficulty, do not force the casters. Consult your cot's manual for specific leg compatibility or seek professional assistance.

The Pinolino casters are designed for easy mobility on multi-surface floors, including textile surfaces. Simply push or pull the cot to move it to your desired location. These casters are swivel type, allowing for 360-degree rotation, which provides excellent maneuverability.

Important: These casters do not feature a locking mechanism. Always ensure the cot is placed in a safe, level area where unintended movement is not a concern, especially when the child is inside.

Údržba

• Čištění: Wipe the casters periodically with a damp hadříkem odstraňte prach a nečistoty. Nepoužívejte agresivní chemikálie ani abrazivní čisticí prostředky.
• Inspekce: Regularly inspect the casters for any signs of wear, damage, or loose connections. Ensure the wheels spin freely and are not obstructed by lint or hair.

• Caster not rolling smoothly:

  • Verify all four casters are properly installed and fully seated.
  • Ensure the cot is on a level surface.
  • Check the cot's structural integrity independently of the casters.
