1. Attaching the Capsule

The CK-1 comes with three interchangeable capsules. To attach a capsule, gently screw it onto the microphone body until it is finger-tight. Do not overtighten.

2. Mounting the Microphone

Attach the included shockmount to a standard microphone stand. Carefully insert the CK-1 microphone into the shockmount's clips, ensuring it is securely held. The shockmount helps to isolate the microphone from vibrations and handling noise.

3. Connecting to Audio Equipment

Connect the CK-1 to your audio interface, mixing console, or professional recording equipment using a standard XLR cable. The microphone requires 48V phantom power for operation. Ensure phantom power is enabled on your connected device.

Operating the CK-1

The CK-1 offers three distinct polar patterns via its interchangeable capsules:

• Kardioidní: Most sensitive to sound from the front, rejecting sound from the sides and rear. Ideal for vocals and individual instruments in a studio setting.
