- Vypnout napájení: Before beginning, ensure power is OFF at the circuit breaker or fuse box to avoid electrical shock.
- Demontáž starého spínače: Carefully remove the existing wall switch from the wall box. Disconnect the wires.
- Identifikace vodičů: Identify the LINE (hot) wire, LOAD wire (to the light fixture), and GROUND wire. If installing in a multi-location setup, identify traveler wires as well.

- Connect the dimmer's LINE wire (usually black or red) to the house LINE wire using a wire nut.

Operating Your Dimmer

The large vertical slide control on the dimmer allows you to adjust the light level. Slide the control up to increase brightness and down to decrease brightness. The light will respond smoothly to your adjustments.

The smaller button below the slide control is the preset button. Once you have set your desired light level using the slide, press this button to turn the lights ON or OFF at that preset level. To change the preset level, simply adjust the slide control to a new level; the dimmer will automatically remember this new setting.
