AKO 14726 230V Programmable Temperature Controller
Nadview
CE cULus-certified electronic thermostats designed to display, control, and regulate heating or cooling generators. They accept multiple sensor types (NTC, PTC/KTY, Pt100, thermocouples J/K) and provide two outputs with changeover relays that can be configured for different operating modes and alarm behavior.

Rychlý průvodce
- Install the controller in a location protected from vibrations, water, and corrosive gases, and ensure the ambient temperature does not exceed the technical data limit.
- For panel mounting units: properly install the gasket between the apparatus and the perimeter of the panel cut-out to achieve IP65 protection.
- Mount the temperature probe in a location without heat influences other than the temperature being measured/controlled.
- Make electrical connections according to the diagram on the unit rating plate. Never install the probe and its lead in ducting with power, control, or power supply wiring.
- Wire the power supply using a minimum 2 A, 230 V switch located close to the unit (cable types listed: H05VV-F 2×0,5 mm² or H05V-K 2×0,5 mm²).
- Configure Relay R1 and Relay R2 set points: press UP (≥5 s) to display R1 SP; press DOWN (≥5 s) to display R2 SP; adjust using UP/DOWN; press the accept key to store and return to current temperature display.
- If needed, set parameters: enter LEVEL 1 MENUS by pressing UP + DOWN simultaneously for ≥10 seconds, then navigate menus and parameters and use accept to confirm.
Varování
Varování: The use of the unit without observing the manufacturer’s instructions may alter its safety qualification. To ensure correct operation of the apparatus, only probes supplied by AKO should be used.

Instalace
The controller should be installed in a place protected from vibrations, water and corrosive gases, and where ambient temperature does not surpass the value specified in the technical data. In order for the panel mounting units to be suitable having IP65 protection, the gasket should be properly installed between the apparatus and the perimeter of the panel cut-out where it is to be fitted. In order to give a correct reading, the probe should be installed in a place without heat influences other than the temperature that is to be measured or controlled.
Fastening Units
To fix the unit, place the fasteners 1 over the sliders 2 as shown in the figure. Move the fasteners in the direction of the arrow. By pressing tab 3, fasteners may be moved in the opposite direction of the arrow.
Spojení
See diagram in the unit rating plate. The probe and its lead should NIKDY be installed in ducting along with power, control, or power supply wiring. The power supply circuit should be connected with a minimum 2 A, 230 V, switch located close to the unit. Power supply cables should be H05VV-F 2×0,5 mm² or H05V-K 2×0,5 mm². Section of connecting wires for relay contacts should range from 1 mm² to 2,5 mm².

&blacktriangle: Press once to cancel the alarms, but they remain displayed (optional by parameter AtA). When pressed for at least 5 seconds, the SP1 Set Point temperature of Relay R1 is displayed. In programming, it makes the displayed value increase.
SET klíč: Press once to cancel the alarms, but they remain displayed (optional by parameter AtA). In programming, it accepts the modified value.
Tlačítko DOLŮ 
&blacktriangledown: Press once to cancel the alarms, but they remain displayed (optional by parameter AtA). When pressed for at least 5 seconds, the SP2 Set Point temperature of Relay R2 is displayed. In programming, it reduces the displayed value.
Adjustment and Configuration
Programming or modifications should only be executed by personnel who are fully conversant with the equipment operation and possibilities.
Požadovaná teplota
The factory SET POINT default value is 0°C.
- Stisknětekey for at least 5 seconds to DISPLAY SET POINT in Relay R1 or key for Relay R2. It displays the CURRENT SET POINT value and LED “PR” starts flashing.
- Stiskněte or keys to CHANGE SET POINT into the required value.
- Press the ACCEPT THE NEW keys to ACCEPT THE NEW SET POINT. The display returns to the CURRENT TEMPERATURE display status and LED “PR” stops flashing.
Konfigurace parametrů
Menu 1. úrovně
- Stiskněte + simultaneously for at least 10 seconds. The LED “PR” will be flashing, we are in the programming LEVEL 1 MENUS and the first menu “Po1” is displayed.
- Stiskněte klávesu to access the next menu and key to return to the previous one.
- Pressing DISPLAY PARAMETER keys in the last menu EP, the controller returns to the CURRENT TEMPERATURE display status and LED “PR” will stop flashing.
Když PA je zobrazen, HESLO programmed in PAS parameter of Par menu should be entered to access programming LEVEL 1 MENUS.
- Press ACCEPT keys. 0 will be displayed to ENTER PASSWORD.
- Stiskněte or keys to CHANGE NUMBER and DISPLAY PASSWORD programmed.
- Press ACCEPT PASSWORD keys. The first menu “Po1” will be displayed.
Parametry úrovně 2
- In the desired menu of LEVEL 1 MENUS, press keys DISPLAY PARAMETER. LEVEL 2 PARAMETERS programming is accessed. The first parameter of the selected menu is displayed on the screen.
- Stiskněte key to access the next parameter and key to return to the previous one.
- Pressing DISPLAY VALUE keys in the last parameter EP, the controller returns to the LEVEL 1 MENUS.
Hodnoty úrovně 3
- To DISPLAY CURRENT VALUE of any parameter, select the required one and press DISPLAY VALUE. Once it is displayed, you can CHANGE VALUE pressing or klíč.
- Press ACCEPT THE NEW keys. The programming returns to LEVEL 2 PARAMETERS.
POZNÁMKA: If no key is pressed for 25 seconds in either of the previous steps, the controller will automatically return to the CURRENT TEMPERATURE display status without modifying any of the parameters values.
Menus, Parameters and Messages
Values in the Def. column are factory-set. In programming, please note that the parameters and values displayed depend on the option selected in the CFo configuration menu o2C parameter.
POZNÁMKA: When time and alarm parameters are modified, the new values are applied once the current cycle is completed. In order for it to have an immediate effect, switch the controller off and then on again.

Údržba

Parameters Transfer
Using the AKO-14918 portable server (no power supply required), parameters programmed in a powered controller can be copied. These parameters can then be transferred from the server to other identical powered controllers (applicable to both Panel mounting and DIN rail models).

Odstraňování problémů
- “E1” Sensor failure: Indicates open circuit, crossed wiring, or out-of-scale sensor temperature. Check the sensor wiring and probe condition/type.
- “AH” Alarm: Sensor temperature exceeds the parameter programmed in AHt. Verify alarm thresholds and sensor reading.
- “AL” Alarm: Sensor temperature is lower than the parameter programmed in ALT. Verify alarm thresholds and sensor reading.
- “EAL” Active digital input: A configured digital input condition is active. Review the digital input configuration and wiring.
- “EE” Memory failure: The controller memory has failed. Use the manufacturer guidance (not provided in the excerpt) and consider reconfiguring if permitted.
- Updated configuration not taking effect immediately: When time and alarm parameters are modified, new values apply once the current cycle completes. For immediate effect, switch the controller off and then on again.
