1. Obecný popis

The CPVAN CP10 is a central hub for your home security system, designed to provide comprehensive protection. This 4.3-inch alarm mainframe features a capacitive touchscreen with anti-fingerprint properties, ensuring ease of use. It is equipped with a built-in 1500mAH lithium battery for reliable operation and a powerful 105dB siren and buzzer to deter intruders. The system supports up to 200 accessories, allowing for extensive coverage of your home. It seamlessly integrates with the Tuya/Smart Life APP, enabling remote control and real-time monitoring from anywhere.

2. Nastavení

2.1 Download and Install the Smart Life APP

To begin, download the Smart Life application on your mobile device. You can scan the QR codes provided on the panel or search for "Smart Life" in your device's app store.

After installation, ensure all usage permissions are enabled for the app in your phone settings. Then, sign up or log in to your APP account.

2.2 Připojte panel k aplikaci Smart Life APP

• This security panel supports 2.4GHz WiFi networks only. Ensure your router is configured correctly and has internet access.
• When adding the security panel to the Smart Life APP, enable WiFi and Bluetooth on your mobile phone and confirm it's connected to the 2.4GHz frequency band.

Steps for Connection:

1. For first-time use, connect the security panel to the power supply and turn the backup battery switch on the back to the "ON" position. This will lead you to the operation guide interface. If you are already in the main interface or need to reset WiFi, navigate to "Connection" -> "WiFi" and enter the default user code: 1234.
2. On the panel, press "Airlink" to enter the WiFi pairing mode.
3. On your mobile phone, open the Smart Life APP and go to the "Home" interface.
4. Click the "+" icon in the upper right corner and select "Add Device".
5. Press "Add" in the discovering device's area.
6. Input your 2.4GHz WiFi network name and password, then click "Next".
7. The host and mobile phone should connect successfully.

2.3 Set up Security Devices (Pairing Accessories)

To add accessories, click "Accessories" on the APP, then press "+" and trigger the accessory to complete pairing. Accessory names can be renamed on the APP by pressing "Sub device name".

Důležitá poznámka: The security system supports accessories with 433MHz, ev1527. It supports up to 160 Sensors, 6 Controllers, 6 Doorbells, and 6 Keypads. For non-standard entry sensors, add them to "General".

2.3.1 Senzor vstupu

1. On the Security Panel, navigate to "Connection" -> "Sensor" -> "+" -> "Entry". Enter the User Code (Default: 1234).
2. Set the Mode, Delay, and Advanced settings as desired.
3. Press "+ Pair", then separate the two parts of the Entry sensor to trigger it.
4. Once paired, rename the sensor on the APP.

Instalace:

1. Clean the installation area on the door or window.
2. Apply double-sided tape to the bottom of the sensor parts.
3. Install the larger transmitter and smaller magnet separately, ensuring the triangle marks on both parts face each other, with a distance of less than 0.6 inches (1.5 cm).
4. After installation, opening the door or window should activate the indicator light for 2 seconds, confirming successful installation.

• Do not place directly facing cold/hot vents or sources.
• Ensure pets cannot get close to avoid false alarms.

2.3.3 Controller (Remote Control)

1. On the Security Panel, navigate to "Connection" -> "Controller" -> "+". Enter the User Code (Default: 1234).
2. Press "+ Pair", then press any key on the controller to trigger it.
3. Once paired, rename the controller on the APP.

2.3.4 Multifunction Button (Doorbell/SOS Button)

Configuration (Doorbell):

1. On the Security Panel, navigate to "Connection" -> "Doorbell" -> "+". Enter the User Code (Default: 1234).
2. Press "+ Pair", then press the doorbell button.
3. Once paired, rename the sensor on the APP.

Configuration (SOS Button):

1. On the Security Panel, navigate to "Connection" -> "Sensor" -> "+" -> "Urgent". Enter the User Code (Default: 1234).
2. Set the Advanced setting.
3. Press "+ Pair", then trigger the SOS button.
4. Once paired, rename the SOS button on the APP.

The security panel can be wall-mounted or placed on a desktop using its integrated stand.

1. Install the hanging plate on the wall using screws. Ensure the screws are fully nailed and the hanging board is parallel.
2. Align the hole on the back of the panel with the hanging plate and install it. For concealed wire installation, remove the bracket and cable clip.

The panel comes with a stand on the back, allowing it to be placed directly on a desktop without wall installation.

General Placement Notes:

• Install the panel in the center of your home to facilitate optimal signal reception and transmission.
• Place it closer to your WiFi router.
• Avoid installing devices on metal surfaces or load-bearing walls.

3. Operating the Security Panel

3.1 Main Interface and System Status

The main interface displays the current time, date, and system status. Key icons provide quick access to functions.

• Pryč: The panel is in a monitoring state. If any accessory is triggered, the security panel will alarm.
• Domov: When you are at home, specific areas can be monitored and will trigger alarms if breached.
• Odzbrojit: The security panel cancels monitoring. Only the SOS button or accessories set to "Always" mode can trigger an alarm.

Accessory Modes:

• Away/Home: The panel will alarm if the sensor is triggered when in "Away" or "Home" state. Recommended for outdoor sensors.
• Pryč: The panel will alarm if the sensor is triggered when in "Away" state. Recommended for outdoor detectors.
• Vždy: The sensor will trigger an alarm regardless of the panel's state. Recommended for gas leak or smoke detectors.
• Zakázáno: The panel will not respond to alarm requests from sensors in this mode.

Uživatelský tip: You can customize which sensors are active in Home and Away modes. For example, to prevent alarms when you are home, set specific sensors to Away mode. This way, they will only trigger an alarm when the panel is in "Away" state.

3.3 Funkce telefonu

The security panel supports phone functions for emergency contacts and SMS alerts.

• Emergency Number Setup: You can set up to 5 alarm phone numbers on the alarm host. When an intruder is detected, the system will automatically send SMS alerts to these numbers and then call them one by one. If a call is unanswered after three attempts, it will proceed to the next number.
• SIM Card Unlock: If your SIM card requires a PIN code (e.g., 1234 or 0000), you must disable it on a phone first before inserting it into the security panel.

3.4 Arm and Disarm Methods

The CPVAN CP10 offers multiple ways to arm and disarm your security system:

• APP Remote Disarm/Away: After connecting the alarm host to the mobile phone APP (Tuya/Smart Life), you can remotely control the host to disarm or arm (Away mode). You can also view real-time door and window status and modify accessory names.
• Alarm Host Disarm/Away: Directly interact with the panel. When the alarm is triggered, you will need to enter a password to disarm it.
• Remote Control Disarm/Away: Use the remote control for one-key arming or disarming, convenient for children and the elderly.

3.5 Nastavení zabezpečení

Access the "Security" menu on the panel to configure various settings:

• Zpoždění: Customize the countdown time for arming or alarming.

Access the "Settings" menu on the panel to adjust general system parameters:

• Zvuk: Adjust volume, turn on/off key beep, and voice tone.

• Jazyk: Choose from English, Deutsche, Русский, Español, Italiano, Polskie, Français, Português, Nederlands, 简体中文.
• Obnovit: Restart or reset the device.
• Čistý: The screen will turn black for 1 minute, making it easy to clean.
• O: View device parameters such as Model, Version, IMEI.

4. Údržba

4.1 Výměna baterie

Entry Sensor (Door Sensor A):

• Specifikace baterie: CR2032x1
• Postup: Lift up the sensor cover to access the battery compartment. Replace the CR2032 battery.

Entry Sensor (Door Sensor B):

• Specifikace baterie: CR2450x2
• Postup: Slide the back cover in the direction of the arrow to remove it. Replace the CR2450 batteries.

Multifunction Button (Doorbell/SOS Button):

• Specifikace baterie: 23A 12V alkalické
• Postup: Open the cover by sliding the lower cover outwards from the bottom. Replace the 23A 12V battery. Close the cover by aligning the bottom of the upper cover with the bottom of the lower cover and pressing.

To clean the screen, navigate to the "Settings" menu on the panel and select "Clean". The screen will turn black for 1 minute, allowing for easy and safe cleaning without accidental inputs.

7.1 Warranty Rules

The CPVAN CP10 security system comes with a 1-year guarantee from the date of sale. Warranty service is valid only under normal use. The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by environmental conditions not meeting product requirements.
• Product damage caused by man-made factors or force majeure events.

• Understanding SMS Commands: Remember that the panel only recognizes SMS commands from the phone numbers you have specifically set up in the panel's phone settings. Commands from other numbers will be ignored for security reasons.
