4.1 TF Card Installation and Initial Setup
- Vložte TF kartu: Gently insert the TF card into the TF card slot on the dash cam until it clicks into place.
- Počáteční nastavení: After initial insertion, format the card via the dash cam settings. Remember to back up any important data beforehand as formatting erases all content.
4.2 Dash Cam Mounting
- Připravte povrch: Clean the area on your windshield or dashboard where you intend to mount the dash cam.

- Attach Holder: Peel off the adhesive backing from the dash cam holder.

- Upravit úhel: The dash cam can be rotated 360° to adjust the recording angle. For internal cabin recording, the 180° video flip feature can be used via the app.
- Trasa napájecího kabelu: Route the 3.5-meter power cord neatly along the edges of your windshield and dashboard to the USB/Car Charger port.

- Hotspot Details: The dash cam's Wi-Fi hotspot name is typically "KAWA_D5G2_XXXX" with a default password of "12345678".

- Nahrávání ve smyčce: The dash cam continuously records, overwriting the oldest video files when the TF card is full. The loop recording duration can be adjusted in the app (1, 2, or 3 minutes). For optimal performance with a 256GB memory card, video clips are limited to 3 minutes.

6.1 TF Card Routine Maintenance
- Monthly Formatting: To maintain optimal read/write performance and prevent data corruption, it is recommended to format the TF card monthly.

- TF card incompatible (Remind to format): The TF card needs to be adapted to the dash cam. Follow voice prompts to format. Replace the TF card if necessary.
- WI-FI shows unavailable on Phone (No Internet Connection): Ignore the message and reconnect the dash cam via the app.
- Cannot find the recorded video: Enter the app, go to “Live Preview > Album", and view všechna videa.
- Dash cam not recording: Reset the dash cam or replace the TF card.
- Emergency recording frequently: Adjust the G-sensor sensitivity in the app settings or turn it off if not desired.
- Forgot the modified hotspot password: Press the function button 5 times to reset the dash cam to factory settings, and the default password (12345678) will be restored.
- APP crashes or lags: Avoid using the dash cam's Wi-Fi in environments with multiple devices or strong signal interference.
- Unable to connect to the dash cam: Check phone permissions for the KAWA AUTO app. If needed, restart the app, reset the device, and retry the connection.
- Dash cam not working: Ensure the device is powered with 5V/1.5A. Check if the car charger and the device's power interface are working properly.
