4. Montážní návod
The DSO183 Digital Oscilloscope is provided as a DIY kit. The main circuit board has SMD components pre-soldered. You will need basic soldering skills and tools (soldering iron, solder, wire cutters, multimeter) to complete the assembly.
4.1. Identifikace a příprava komponent

- Insert the component leads into the correct holes on the PCB.
- Bend the leads slightly to hold the component in place.
- Solder each lead to its respective pad on the underside of the PCB.
- Trim any excess lead length using wire cutters after soldering.


4.3. Assembling the Enclosure (if applicable)
If your kit includes acrylic panels for an enclosure, follow these steps:
- Attach the front and rear panels to the oscilloscope board using the provided nylon posts and locking screws.
- Ensure all connections are secure and the board is properly aligned within the panels.

Once assembled, connect the DSO183 to a DC 5V power source via the USB Type-C interface. Use the provided BNC probe to connect to the circuit you wish to test.
5.1. Connectors, Switches, and Keys Overview

- Bez síly: Ensure the USB Type-C cable is securely connected to a 5V DC power source and the oscilloscope. Check the power source for functionality.
- No waveform display:
- Verify the probe is correctly connected to both the oscilloscope and the test circuit.
- Check the Coupling Mode (CPL switch) is set appropriately (AC/DC, not GND unless intentionally grounding the input).
- Adjust the vertical sensitivity (SEN1/SEN2 switches) and horizontal time base to match the expected signal.
- Ensure the [OK] button is not pressed, which would pause waveform acquisition.
