4.1. Rozměry

4.3. Základní nastavení
- Připojení napájení: Connect the provided power cord to the AC input on the rear panel and then to a suitable grounded power outlet.
- Device Under Test (DUT) Connection: Connect the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals of your DUT to the corresponding output terminals on the front panel of the electronic load. Ensure proper polarity.
- Remote Sensing Connection (Optional): For applications requiring high accuracy, especially with long connection cables, use the remote sensing terminals (V-sense+ and V-sense-) to compensate for voltage drops. Connect V-sense+ to the positive terminal of the DUT and V-sense- to the negative terminal of the DUT, as shown in Figure 4.3.

Remote sensing mode enables the unit to compensate for voltage drops in cables, significantly improving measurement accuracy.
- Interface Connection (Optional): For remote control or data logging, connect the appropriate cable (RS232, RS485, or USB-Type C) to the corresponding port on the unit and your control system.

5.1. Static Modes (CV, CC, CR, CP)

- Constant Resistance (CR) Mode: The electronic load simulates a constant resistance, drawing current proportional to the voltage across its terminals (I = V/R).
- Constant Power (CP) Mode: The electronic load draws a constant power from the DUT, adjusting current and voltage to maintain the set power (P = V * I).
To select a static mode, press the corresponding CC/CR or CV/CP button on the front panel and use the rotary knob to set the desired parameters.
5.2. Dynamic Mode (up to 5kHz)
The dynamic mode allows the load to switch between two preset parameter values (Level A and Level B) at a specified frequency, enabling testing of the dynamic characteristics of a device by simulating high-speed current variations.

Access this mode via the 'MODE' button and configure T1 Value, T1 (time), T2 Value, and T2 (time) to define the dynamic load profile.
5.3. Adjustable Current Rise Rate
The transition time between different load set values can be configured by adjusting the current rise and fall rates (SR_RISE and SR_FALL). This feature is crucial for simulating realistic load changes and evaluating the response of power sources.

Navigate to the 'PARAM' menu to adjust SR_RISE and SR_FALL values, typically ranging from 0.001A/µs to 2A/µs.
5.4. Comprehensive Protection Features
The electronic load is equipped with multiple protection mechanisms to ensure safe operation for both the device and the DUT:

The PC software monitors real-time discharge curves (voltage/current/capacity) to generate high-precision data for R&D, production grading, lifespan/consistency analysis, and post-sales health assessment. It delivers precise discharge analysis and efficient data acquisition to optimize battery validation in new energy, energy storage, and electric vehicles.

- Protection activated (e.g., OVP, OCP, OPP): The unit has detected a condition exceeding safe limits. Review your test setup and parameters. Reduce the voltage, current, or power settings, or check the DUT for faults.
- Communication issues with PC: Ensure the correct interface cable (USB, RS232, RS485) is used and properly connected. Verify driver installation and communication software settings on your PC.
