1.1 Vybalení a úvodní kontrola
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all items are present and undamaged. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
1.2 Nabíjení tiskárny
The Phomemo P831 printer is equipped with a 2000mAh Lithium Battery and supports USB-C fast charging. Before first use, fully charge the printer.
- Připojte dodaný kabel USB-C k nabíjecímu portu tiskárny.
- Druhý konec kabelu připojte ke kompatibilnímu napájecímu adaptéru USB (není součástí balení) nebo k portu USB počítače.
- The charging indicator light will show the charging status. A full charge can support printing approximately 70 sheets.

1.3 Loading the Ribbon and Paper
The P831 uses transfer printing technology, requiring a ribbon for operation.

- Press the two open cover buttons on the sides of the printer to open the top cover.
- Install the transfer ribbon according to the correct direction indicated inside the printer.
- Bezpečně zavřete horní kryt.
- Insert A4 paper into the paper input slot. The printer will automatically adjust the paper position.
1.4 Připojení k vašemu zařízení
The Phomemo P831 supports both USB cable and Bluetooth connections.
1.4.1 USB Cable Connection
For computer printing, connect the printer via USB. Drivers may be required.

- Visit the Phomemo official website (p831.phomemo.com) to download and install the necessary drivers for your operating system (Chrome OS, Mac OS, Windows, Linux).

1.4.2 Připojení Bluetooth
For mobile printing, use the Phomemo app and Bluetooth.
- Download the "Phomemo" app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
- Long press the Power Button on the printer to turn it on and activate Bluetooth.
- Open the Phomemo app on your smartphone or tablet and connect to the printer via Bluetooth within the app.

- Print the first side of your document.
- Simply grab the sheet and re-insert it into the printer to print the second side.

3. Údržba
3.1 Obecná péče
- Keep the printer clean and free from dust. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior.
- Nevystavujte tiskárnu extrémním teplotám, přímému slunečnímu záření nebo vysoké vlhkosti.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents on the printer.
3.2 Výměna pásky
When print quality degrades or the ribbon runs out, replace it following the steps for loading the ribbon (refer to Section 1.3).
3.3 Čištění tiskové hlavy
If print quality issues persist, the print head may need cleaning. Consult the Phomemo app or website for specific instructions on print head cleaning for the P831 model.
