6. Nastavení

6.1 Počáteční nabíjení

Before first use, fully charge the padlock using the provided Type-C charging cable. Connect the cable to the padlock's charging port and a standard USB power adapter (not included). The padlock will indicate charging status, and the low battery reminder function will activate when power is below 20%.

6.2 Stažení a párování aplikace

1. Stáhněte si aplikaci „Tuya Smart“ z obchodu s aplikacemi pro váš chytrý telefon (iOS nebo Android).
2. Zaregistrujte se nebo se přihlaste ke svému účtu Tuya Smart.
3. Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is enabled and the padlock is within Bluetooth range (approx. 10 meters).
4. In the Tuya Smart app, tap "+" to add a new device. The app should automatically discover the padlock. If not, select "Security & Video Surveillance" > "Smart Lock" or search for "Padlock".
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to pair the padlock with your app.

6.3 Adding Unlocking Methods (Fingerprints, Passwords, RFID Cards)

Once paired with the app, you can add various unlocking credentials:

• otisky prstů: In the app, navigate to the padlock's settings and select "Fingerprint Management". Follow the prompts to register up to 50 unique fingerprints. Place your finger on the sensor multiple times from different angles for accurate recognition.
• hesla: Use the app to generate and manage up to 100 password groups. You can set permanent or temporary passwords.
• RFID karty: In the app, select "Card Management" and follow instructions to register your RFID cards (up to 100 sheets).

6.4 Remote Control Setup (Optional Gateway)

For remote access and real-time notifications beyond Bluetooth range, a USB BLE Gateway is required. This gateway connects your padlock to your home Wi-Fi network.

1. Plug the USB BLE Gateway into a power source.
2. In the Tuya Smart app, add the gateway as a new device and connect it to your Wi-Fi network.
3. Ensure the gateway is placed within 8 meters of the smart padlock for optimal connection. The padlock cannot be paired with the smart lock if the distance is exceeded.

7. Návod k obsluze

7.1 Odemčení visacího zámku

• otisk: Place your registered finger on the fingerprint sensor. The padlock will unlock if the fingerprint is recognized.
• Heslo: Enter your registered password on the keypad and press '#'. The padlock will unlock if the password is correct.
• RFID karta: Swipe your registered RFID card over the RFID reader area (usually indicated on the keypad). The padlock will unlock.
• Mobilní aplikace (Bluetooth): Open the Tuya Smart app, select your padlock, and tap the unlock icon when within Bluetooth range.
• Mobile App (Remote, with Gateway): If a gateway is set up, you can unlock the padlock remotely from anywhere via the Tuya Smart app.
• Fyzický klíč: Vložte fyzický klíč do klíčové dírky a otočením odemkněte.

7.2 Zamknutí visacího zámku

To lock the padlock, simply push the shackle down until it clicks into place. The padlock will automatically lock.

7.3 Funkce aplikace

Aplikace Tuya Smart nabízí komplexní funkce pro ovládání a monitorování:

• Správa přístupu: Add, modify, or delete fingerprints, passwords, and RFID cards.
• Dočasná hesla: Generate time-limited or one-time passwords for guests or service personnel.
• Oznámení v reálném čase: Receive alerts on your smartphone for unlocking events, low battery, or tampering attempts (requires gateway for remote notifications).
• Odemknout záznamy: View a history of all unlocking events, including method and time.
• Stav baterie: Monitor the padlock's battery level directly from the app.

8. Údržba

• Nabíjení: Recharge the padlock promptly when the low battery warning appears. Regular charging ensures continuous operation.
• Čištění: Wipe the padlock body, fingerprint sensor, and keypad with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Voděodolnost: While the padlock is IP67 rated for water and dust resistance, avoid prolonged submersion or exposure to high-pressure water jets. Ensure the charging port cover is securely closed when not charging.
• Teplota: Operate the padlock within its specified temperature range of -20°C to 50°C to ensure optimal performance and battery longevity.

9. Řešení problémů

Padlock does not unlock with fingerprint/password/card:

- Check battery level. Recharge if low.
- Ensure your finger is clean and dry when using the fingerprint sensor.
- Verify the password or RFID card is correctly entered/scanned.
- Try using a different unlocking method (e.g., physical key or app).

App cannot connect to the padlock via Bluetooth:

- Ujistěte se, že máte na svém smartphonu povoleno Bluetooth.
- Make sure the padlock is within 10 meters of your phone.
- Restart the Tuya Smart app.
- Restart your phone's Bluetooth or the phone itself.

Dálkové ovládání nefunguje:

- Verify that the USB BLE Gateway is powered on and connected to your Wi-Fi network.
- Ensure the gateway is within 8 meters of the padlock.
- Zkontrolujte si připojení k internetu.
- Restart the gateway.

Upozornění na vybitou baterii:

- The padlock will indicate a low battery visually (e.g., flashing red light) and via the app. Charge the padlock immediately using the Type-C cable.

10. Uživatelské tipy

• Pravidelné nabíjení: Even with long battery life, it's good practice to charge the padlock every few months to avoid unexpected power depletion.
• Záloha fyzického klíče: Always keep the physical keys in a secure, accessible location as a reliable backup.
• Gateway for Convenience: If you need to manage access or monitor your padlock from outside Bluetooth range, investing in the optional USB BLE Gateway is highly recommended.
• Registrace otisků prstů: When enrolling fingerprints, try to capture different angles and pressures of your finger for improved recognition accuracy.
• Dočasný přístup: Utilize the temporary password feature for one-time or limited-time access, rather than sharing your primary password or fingerprint.
