4. Assembly Instructions (DIY Welding Project)

This kit requires welding and assembly. Please ensure you have the necessary welding tools (e.g., soldering iron, solder, wire cutters) and a well-ventilated workspace. Refer to the diagrams and video tutorial for detailed guidance.

1. Připravte si komponenty: Unpack all components and organize them according to the component list (Figure 3) and distribution diagram (Figure 5).
2. Solder Main PCB:
   • Begin by soldering the smaller components such as resistors, diodes (1N4 148), and monolithic capacitors (104) onto the main PCB, following the component distribution diagram (Figure 5).
   • Next, solder the IC sockets (8P) and then insert the LM358 IC chips into their respective sockets.
   • Solder the electrolytic capacitors (4.7uf, 100uf), ensuring correct polarity (long lead is positive).
   • Solder the 3MM LEDs (pink, blue, green) into their designated spots, paying attention to polarity.
   • Attach the DC power socket (5.5*2.1) and the 3.5MM headphone socket with its nut.
   • Solder the 105 Blue and White Adjustable resistance.

4. Speaker and Antenna Connection:
   • Connect the two 4 euro 3 watt speakers to the appropriate outputs on the main PCB. Use the red and black parallel wires.
   • Attach the FM radio antenna to its designated port.
