1. Úvod
The SINOTIMER TM612 is a 2-channel digital programmable timer switch designed for automatic control of various electrical equipment. It allows for precise scheduling of ON/OFF operations over a 7-day period, with up to 44 programs per day or week. Its robust design, high-accuracy CMOS chip, and anti-jamming capabilities make it suitable for a wide range of applications, from streetlights and neon signs to water heaters and agricultural facilities. 3. Nastavení a instalace
The TM612 timer switch is designed for installation on a 35mm DIN rail or directly within a distribution board. Ensure all power is disconnected before attempting installation.
3.1 Schéma zapojení
The timer features two independent relay outputs. Refer to the wiring diagrams below for proper connection. Always consult a qualified electrician for installation.

- Příkon: Connect Live (L) and Neutral (N) to the corresponding terminals on the timer. The timer supports 200~250VAC or 12VAC, depending on the model.

- Terminal 15: Common (COM) for Relay 1
- Terminal 18: Normally Open (NO) for Relay 1
- Terminal 12: Normally Closed (NC) for Relay 1

Connect your electrical loads to the appropriate relay terminals based on whether you need a Normally Open (NO) or Normally Closed (NC) contact for your application. For example, to switch a light ON when the timer activates, connect the light between the Live wire and terminal 18 (NO) or 24 (NO), with the common terminal (15 or 21) also connected to the Live wire.
3.2 Instalace/výměna baterie
The timer comes with a pre-installed 3V CR2032 lithium battery for power backup. If the display is blank or programs are not retained during power outages, the battery may need replacement. Open the front cover to access the battery compartment.

4. Návod k obsluze
The TM612 features an intuitive LCD display and control buttons for programming. The buttons are typically labeled "Menu", "Res" (Reset), "+", "-", "ok", and numbered buttons for days of the week (1-7).
4.1 Initial Setup (Setting Current Time)
- Press the "Menu" button to enter the main menu.
- Navigate to the "Time" or "Clock" setting using the "+" or "-" buttons.
- Press "ok" to select.
- Adjust the year, month, day, hour, and minute using the "+" and "-" buttons. Confirm each setting with "ok".
- The timer supports automatic summer/winter time adjustment. Ensure this feature is configured correctly for your region if desired.
4.2 Programování cyklů ZAP/VYP
The timer supports up to 44 ON/OFF programs. Each program can be set for specific days of the week or for daily repetition.
- Press "Menu" to enter the main menu.
- Navigate to "Program" or "Prog" setting and press "ok".
- You will see a program number (e.g., "1 ON"). Use "+" or "-" to select the desired program slot.
- Press "ok" to set the "ON" time for the selected program. Adjust hour and minute, then press "ok".
- Next, select the days of the week for this program (e.g., Mon-Fri, Sat-Sun, or all 7 days). Use "+" or "-" to cycle through options, then "ok".
- Repeat steps 4-5 for the "OFF" time ("1 OFF").
- Continue to the next program slot (e.g., "2 ON") or press "Menu" to exit programming.
Note: The timer also supports 44 memory pulse programs, which can be configured similarly if your application requires short, timed pulses.
4.3 Ruční ovládání
The manual override function allows you to temporarily switch the output ON or OFF without affecting the programmed schedule.
- Locate the manual override button (often labeled "Manual" or a hand icon).
- Pressing this button will cycle through different modes: AUTO ON, AUTO OFF, ON, OFF.
- Select "ON" to force the output ON, or "OFF" to force it OFF. The timer will return to "AUTO" mode at the next scheduled program change.
4.4 Funkce reset
To clear all programs and reset the timer to its factory default settings, press the "Res" (Reset) button. This may require a pointed object like a pen tip.
5. Údržba
The SINOTIMER TM612 is designed for low maintenance. The primary maintenance task is battery replacement.
- Výměna baterie: The internal 3V CR2032 lithium battery provides power backup for program memory. If the timer loses its settings during a power outage, replace the battery. To do this, carefully open the front cover, remove the old battery, and insert a new CR2032 battery, ensuring correct polarity.
