5. Nastavení

5.1. Pokyny pro zapojení

Proper wiring is crucial for accurate measurement and safe operation. Please follow these instructions carefully:

  1. Sampler Connection: Sampler provided with this meter must be connected in series to the negative circuit of the battery pack. It is strictly prohibited to connect it to the positive circuit. Connect the B- terminal on the sampler to the negative B- terminal of the battery. Connect the negative electrode P-/C- for charging and discharging at the P-end.

  2. svtage S.ampling: Take one red and one black wire to connect the positive and negative terminals of the battery to the voltagesampling input interface shown in the diagram for voltagesampling.

  3. Napájení nástroje: Connect the Type-C data cable to a 5V USB power supply to power the product. It will then display normally. If the battery voltage is less than 10V, an independent DC5V-12V power supply is required for the instrument to light up and operate.

  4. Wiring Principle: Ensure that all current flowing through the battery passes through the bidirectional current sampler shown in the diagram.

Warning: The current wire passing through the load should be as thick as possible and meet the required carrying current of the load! The thicker the wire diameter, the better!

5.2. Relay Wiring (Optional)

If you are using the optional 100V/80A relay, follow the specific wiring diagram for relay integration. This relay is mainly used for on-off testing of 0-100V voltage and 0-80A, related to a switch function.

5.3. 1000A Shunt Installation (for 1000A models)

For the 1000A model, the shunt is heavy and requires careful installation to prevent damage to the control panel. Follow these steps:

  1. Prepare the control module and 1000A Shunt.

  2. Remove the 1000A shunt screws with a screwdriver.

  3. Align the screw holes of the control board with the screw holes of the 1000A shunt.

  4. Tighten and fix the two screws on the control board.

  5. Install the display panel and splitter according to the diagram.

5.4. WiFi Networking and App Connection

The CW24 meter features a built-in WiFi module for remote control and monitoring via a mobile app. This requires a 2.4GHz WiFi network, and Bluetooth must be enabled on your mobile device.

The CW24 features a 2.4-inch true color screen with multiple functional interface contents and parameters displayed on one screen. You can switch between different functional interfaces using short button presses.

  1. C+D- Mode (Capacity Percentage Test Mode): In this mode, charging (C+) adds to the capacity, and discharging (D-) reduces the capacity. This mode displays the current actual capacity of the battery.

  2. C+D+ Mode (Cumulative Capacity Calculation Mode): In this mode, both charging (C+) and discharging (D-) add to the cumulative capacity. The two values are cumulative and do not reduce. This mode is useful for tracking total energy flow.

  • PC Software: Connect via the HID data cable. The PC software can read device current, voltage, power, capacity, and other data, and allows exporting data to XLS table format.
