5. Nastavení

5.1 Instalace baterie

The HP-7200B requires 2 x 1.5V (AAA) R03P batteries. To install or replace batteries:

1. Ujistěte se, že je multimetr VYPNUTÝ.

5.2 Připojení měřicích kabelů

Pro většinu měření (objemtage, Resistance, Capacitance, Diode, Continuity, Frequency, Duty Cycle, Temperature), connect the test leads as follows:

• Vložte černý testovací vodič do COM vstupní jack.
• Vložte červený testovací vodič do V/Ω/Hz/°C/°F vstupní jack.

Pro měření proudu pomocí clamp, test leads are not required.

6. Návod k obsluze

6.1 Obecná obsluha

• Zapnutí/vypnutí: Rotate the rotary switch from the 'OFF' position to any desired function to power on the meter. Rotate back to 'OFF' to power off.
• Automatické vypnutí: The meter will automatically shut down after approximately 15 minutes of inactivity to conserve battery. Press any button or rotate the dial to exit standby mode.
• Backlight/Headlamp: Press and hold the 'HOLD' key for two seconds to turn on the backlight and headlamp. Repeat to turn off.
• Pozastavení dat: Press the 'HOLD' key briefly to freeze the current reading on the display. Press again to release.
• Měření max./min.: Press the 'MAX/MIN' key to enter Max/Min mode. The meter will display the maximum or minimum value measured. Press again to cycle through Max, Min, and current readings.
• Relativní měření (REL): Press the 'REL' key to store the current reading as a reference value. Subsequent measurements will be displayed as the difference from this reference. Press again to exit.

6.2 AC/DC Voltage Měření

1. Connect the test leads (black to COM, red to V/Ω/Hz/°C/°F).

6.3 Měření střídavého/stejnosměrného proudu (Clamp Funkce)

The HP-7200B can measure AC/DC current up to 400A using its clamp čelisti.

Důležité: For accurate current measurement, the clamp jaws must enclose only ONE conductor. If multiple conductors are enclosed, the readings will be inaccurate.

1. Otočte otočný přepínač do polohy 60A~ (střidavý proud) nebo 400A~ (AC Current) position. For DC current, select the appropriate DC current range.
2. Stiskněte tlačítko clamp head switch to open the jaws.
3. Enclose the single conductor you wish to measure within the jaws. Center the conductor using the centering marks as guides.
4. Uvolněte třamp head switch to close the jaws securely around the conductor.
5. Odečtěte aktuální hodnotu na LCD displeji.

Note: For low-current measurements (below 0.1A), loop the wire around the jaw multiple times. The actual current will be the displayed reading divided by the number of turns.

6.4 Resistance, Diode, Continuity, and Capacitance Measurement

1. Connect the test leads (black to COM, red to V/Ω/Hz/°C/°F).

4. For Resistance: Touch the probes across the component. Read the resistance value.

6. Pro kontinuitu: Touch the probes across the circuit. If continuity exists (resistance below approx. 50Ω), the buzzer will sound.
7. For Capacitance: Ensure the capacitor is discharged before testing. Touch the probes across the capacitor. Read the capacitance value.

1. Connect the temperature probe to the input jacks (ensure correct polarity if applicable, usually red to V/Ω/Hz/°C/°F and black to COM).

3. Stiskněte tlačítko SEL key to select between Celsius (°C) or Fahrenheit (°F).
4. Place the temperature probe on or in the object/environment to be measured.

8.1 Čištění
