This user manual provides comprehensive instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your EMASTIFF W7B Smart Home Alarm System. This system is a dual-network security solution utilizing both Wi-Fi and cellular (GSM/4G) connectivity, designed to provide robust home security.
The system supports up to 100 wireless sensors, 10 remote tags, and 10 RFID tags, offering flexible customization for various security needs. It integrates with the Tuya Smart Life app for convenient remote control and monitoring.
2. Nastavení
2.1 Než začnete
For a successful setup, please ensure the following:
- If using a 4G SIM card, verify that your wireless service provider's 2G network is available in your country. If not, consider a 4G cellular communicator hub.
- For Wi-Fi models, select a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The hub does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi.
- Your Wi-Fi password must not contain spaces or other special characters.
- Place the hub as close as possible to your router.
- A minimum upload speed of 2Mbps is recommended for optimal performance.
- Disable AP isolation in your router settings.
2.2 Co potřebujete
To set up and use the Alarm System, you will need:
- An iPhone or Android phone.
- The Smart Security System app (downloadable via QR code or app store).
- An unused indoor power outlet.
- A regular SIM card supporting 2G/GSM (for 2G version) or 4G network (for 4G version).
- A Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n (2.4GHz) network connection (for Hub cellular + Wi-Fi only).
2.3 Instalace SIM karty
- Press and slide the back cover in the OPEN direction and lift it up.
- Plug your SIM card into the designated slot.
- Close the cover, press, and slide it in the LOCK direction to secure it.
Důležité: Ensure the SIM card is inserted when the hub is off and that its security code is deactivated. If the cellular icon remains gray or shows 'X', the hub is not connected to the network.
2.4 Adding Your Hub to the App
Upon downloading and installing the Smart Security System app, follow the on-screen prompts to register and log in. Then, proceed to add your hub using one of the following methods:
2.4.1 Smartlink Configuration
- In the app, tap "Add Device" or "+", select "Security & Sensor", and then "Alarm".
- On your hub, tap "√" to go to "Wi-Fi" > "Smartlink Configure". Ensure your device is in SmartLink mode with the LED blinking rapidly.
- In the app, tap "Confirm indicator rapidly blink", choose your local 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, and input the password.
- Wait for the configuration to finish, then tap "Done".
2.4.2 SoftAP Mode (if Smartlink fails)
- Change the hub to Soft AP mode if Smartlink configuration fails.
- In the app, tap "AP Mode" on the "Add Device" page.
- On your hub, tap "√" to go to "Wi-Fi" > "SoftAP Configure". Ensure your device is in SoftAP mode with the LED blinking slowly.
- In the app, tap "Confirm indicator slowly blink", choose your local 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, and input the password.
- Tap "Confirm" > "Go to Connect", then choose the Wi-Fi hotspot named "Smartlife-XXXX" in your phone's Wi-Fi list.
- Return to the app and wait for the Wi-Fi configuration to finish, then tap "Done".
After successful configuration, you may tap "Share Device" to share your hub with family members.
2.5 Adding Accessories
The system supports up to 100 wireless detectors, 10 remote tags, and 10 RFID tags. To add an accessory:
- On the app's home page, tap "Accessories" > "Add".
- Follow the on-screen instructions to trigger your accessory for pairing.

- Zpoždění: Triggers alarm after a set delay. Recommended for primary entryways.
- Domov: Sensors activate only in Arm mode. Recommended for PIR motion detectors.
- 24 hodin ticha: Same as 24 Hours but without sound.
- Blízko: Disables the zone.
- Přejděte na ▲ and use the keypad to enter the Zone Number (0-89). Tap ▲ to backspace. The Zone Number must be unique.
- Select "√". "Synchronizing" will be shown.
- Trigger the wireless sensor to send a transmission signal to the panel.
- "Learning OK" will be shown upon successful pairing.
2.5.3 Pairing an RFID Tag podle Panelu
- Go to "Menu" > "Parts" > "RFID" > "Add" and enter.

- The hub will show "Synchronizing" and enter pairing mode.

2.5.4 Pairing a Wireless Siren by Panel
- Press and hold the SET button of the siren until you hear two beeps. The siren will enter sniffer mode, and the light ring will blink quickly.
- Press "√" button on the panel within 6 seconds. The panel shows "Learn Signal Sent" and sends a transmission signal to the siren.
- The siren will give four beeps for successful indication.

The Smart Hub is the central unit of your alarm system, featuring a display, keypad, and speaker for voice prompts and alarms.

3.2 Home Screen and Status Bar
The home screen displays essential information. The status bar icons provide quick insights into the hub's status:

3.3 Arm/Disarm Status
The system has three security levels:
- ▲ Pryč paže: Use when no one is home. All sensors are monitored. The alarm sounds if a door/window opens or motion is detected.
- ▲ Domácí paže: Use when you're home and want security. Normal and Delay sensors are monitored, but interior sensors are not. The alarm sounds if a door/window opens.
- ▲ Odzbrojit: Use when you don't want security. No sensors are monitored, except 24-HOUR sensors.
3.4 How to Arm and Disarm
You can arm and disarm your system using the following methods:
- Entering your passcode on the panel.
- Pressing the Arm/Stay Arm/Disarm icons on the panel.
- Tapping an RFID Tag na panelu.
- Using a remote tag.
- Using the Smart Security System app.
When arming, the panel will display a countdown (Exit Delay) before the alarm is fully armed. When disarming, you must do so before the Entry Delay expires to prevent an alarm.
3.5 Auto Schedule
You can set an arm and disarm schedule for automatic operation:
- Go to "Menu" > "Timer" > "Arm Schedule/Disarm Schedule".

- Přejděte na ▲ a klepněte na ▲ to toggle 'on' to enable the schedule.

On the home screen, tap any digit to enter the dialing screen, enter the number, then tap "√" to dial. Calls will be canceled if the cellular network is not registered, the system is armed, or in voice alarming mode.

4. Údržba
4.1 Záložní baterie
The Smart Hub includes a built-in backup battery (3.7V, 500mAh Rechargeable Lithium Battery) that provides power for over 3 hours in case of electrical outage. The battery icon on the display shows the charge level. If the backup battery is very low, the icon turns red, and low battery notifications will be sent to registered phone numbers. A full charge takes 8 to 12 hours.

- Factory Reset Issues: The Smart Hub cannot be reset if it is locked. A factory reset will delete all paired accessories and event logs.
