5. Nastavení

5.1 Fyzická instalace a zapojení

The switch receiver features two input ports: a USB 5V port and screw terminal ports for DC/AC 7-32V or AC 85-250V, depending on your model. The output is a passive dry contact switch, meaning it does not supply voltage. Connected appliances will require their own power supply.

Note on USB 5V Port: The USB 5V port is primarily for testing purposes and is not recommended for regular use. Using it may require removing the device's casing. This port may be removed in future product versions.

Connect AC 85-250V to the input terminals (L and N). Connect the lamp to the output terminals (NO/COM or NC/COM as required).

5.2 Instalace aplikace eWeLink

  1. Stáhněte si aplikaci eWeLink z App Storu (iOS) nebo z Obchodu Google Play (Android).
  2. Zaregistrujte si nový účet nebo se přihlaste, pokud již nějaký máte.

5.3 Device Pairing (Wi-Fi)

  1. Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. This device does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi.
  2. Connect the smart switch receiver to a power supply.
  3. Otevřete aplikaci eWeLink na svém smartphonu.
  4. Tap the "Add" button to search for new devices.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions in the app to put the device into pairing mode and complete the connection.

5.4 Device Pairing (RF 433MHz Remote Controller)

This section applies only to models that support RF 433MHz functionality.

  1. Press and hold the RF433 pairing button on the smart switch for 4 seconds. The blue LED indicator will turn on.
  2. While the blue LED is on, press any key on your RF 433MHz remote controller.
  3. The channel will be successfully paired with the pressed key.
  4. To pair other keys of the remote controller with other channels, repeat steps 1-3 for each desired key/channel.

5.5 Clearing RF 433MHz Pairing

This section applies only to models that support RF 433MHz functionality.

  1. Press and hold the RF433 pairing button on the smart switch for 15 seconds. The blue LED indicator will turn off.
  2. This action will clear all paired RF 433MHz remote controllers from the device.

6. Návod k obsluze

6.1 pracovní režimy

The smart switch supports three working modes:

  • Režim pomalého otáčení: When a channel is switched on, it will automatically turn off after 0.5 seconds. This mode is useful for momentary actions like opening/closing a garage door or pulsing a motor.
  • Režim samosvorného uzamčení: Each channel can be switched on or off independently. You can control all channels simultaneously or individually.
  • Interlocking Mode: When one channel is switched on, all other channels will automatically switch off. This is ideal for applications where only one output should be active at a time, such as controlling motor direction.

How to Change Working Mode in eWeLink App

You can activate Interlocking mode or set the Inching time directly within the eWeLink app. Note that if Interlocking mode is enabled first, you cannot change the Inching time.

  1. Open the eWeLink app and select your device.
  2. Navigate to 'Device Settings'.
  3. For Inching mode, find 'Inching Settings' and adjust the duration (e.g., 0.5 seconds).
  4. For Interlocking mode, find 'Interlock' and enable it.

6.3 Hlasové ovládání

The smart switch is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, allowing for convenient voice control of your connected appliances.

  • Link your eWeLink account to your Alexa or Google Assistant app.
  • Use voice commands such as "Alexa, turn on the curtain switch" or "Hey Google, turn off Channel 1."

6.4 Timer & Schedule

Set up timing schedules to automatically turn your connected lights or appliances on and off at specific times. Each channel can have its own schedule, supporting up to 8 time schedules per channel.

7. Údržba

  • Udržujte zařízení čisté a suché. Nevystavujte ho prachu, nečistotám ani vlhkosti.
  • Na zařízení nepoužívejte drsné chemikálie ani abrazivní čisticí prostředky.

8. Řešení problémů

8.1 Device not connecting to Wi-Fi

  • Ujistěte se, že vaše Wi-Fi síť pracuje na frekvenci 2.4 GHz. Zařízení nepodporuje sítě 5 GHz.
  • Check the Wi-Fi signal strength at the device's location. Move the device closer to the router if necessary.
  • Verify that you have entered the correct Wi-Fi password in the eWeLink app.
  • Try resetting the device to factory settings (refer to the eWeLink app for specific instructions) and attempt the pairing process again.
  • Ensure your router is online and functioning correctly.

8.2 RF Remote Controller not working

  • Check the battery in the RF 433MHz remote controller. It requires a 27A 12V battery (not included).
  • Ensure the remote controller is properly paired with the smart switch. If not, follow the RF pairing instructions in Section 5.4.
  • If issues persist, try clearing the RF pairing (Section 5.5) and re-pairing the remote.

8.3 App control issues

  • Verify that your smartphone has an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
  • Ensure the smart switch is within range of your Wi-Fi router and the router is online.
  • Update the eWeLink app to the latest version.
  • If the device appears offline in the app, check its power supply and Wi-Fi connection.

  • For garage door control or motor applications, always ensure that the 'Interlock' mode is correctly configured in the eWeLink app. This prevents conflicting commands (e.g., opening and closing simultaneously) and ensures safe operation.
  • While a USB 5V input port is present on some models, it is primarily for testing. For stable and permanent installations, it is recommended to use the screw terminal input with the appropriate AC/DC voltage.
