1. Přesview

The EWELINK Smart Temperature Switch is a versatile device designed to integrate into your smart home system, allowing for remote and automatic control of appliances based on environmental temperature. It supports both Wi-Fi and 433MHz RF communication, enabling control via the eWeLink mobile application, RF remote, and voice commands through Amazon Alexa or Google Home. The switch can automatically turn devices on or off when the temperature falls within a preset range, and also supports timing functions for scheduled operations.

3. Obsah balení

4. Nastavení a instalace

4.1 Kontrolní seznam před instalací

Před zahájením instalace se ujistěte o následujícím:

• Your smartphone or tablet is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. (5GHz networks are not supported).
• You have the correct Wi-Fi password for your network.
• Your smartphone or tablet has access to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) to download the eWeLink app.

4.2 Stažení aplikace

Download the eWeLink app from your device's app store:

• Pro zařízení iOS: Hledat "eWeLink" in the App Store.
• Pro zařízení Android: Hledat "eWeLink" in the Google Play Store.

Install the app and register an account if you don't already have one.

4.3 Pokyny pro zapojení

WARNING: Ensure power is disconnected before performing any wiring to prevent electric shock.

1. Connect the DS18B20 temperature probe to the dedicated sensor socket on the Smart Switch.
2. Connect the power input to the Smart Switch. Depending on your model, this can be DC/AC 7-32V, AC 85-250V, or Micro USB 5V. Refer to the labels on your device.
3. Connect the appliance you wish to control to the output terminals (NC, COM, NO) of the Smart Switch.
• NC (normálně zavřeno): The circuit is closed when the relay is off, and opens when the relay is on.
• COM (běžné): Společný terminál pro relé.
• NE (normálně otevřeno): The circuit is open when the relay is off, and closes when the relay is on.

5. Návod k obsluze

5.1 Device Pairing with eWeLink App

1. Power on the Smart Switch after completing the wiring.
2. Otevřete aplikaci eWeLink na svém smartphonu.
3. Klepnutím na ikonu „+“ přidáte nové zařízení.
4. Follow the in-app instructions to put the device into pairing mode (usually by pressing and holding the pairing button on the switch until the Wi-Fi indicator blinks rapidly).
5. Vyberte svou 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi síť a zadejte heslo.
6. Once successfully paired, the device will appear in your eWeLink app.

5.2 Temperature Monitoring and Control

The eWeLink app allows you to monitor real-time temperature and set control logic:

• Monitorování v reálném čase: View the current temperature reported by the DS18B20 sensor directly in the app.
• Manuální režim: Manually turn the connected appliance ON or OFF from the app.
• Automatický režim: Set temperature thresholds for automatic control. For example, you can configure the switch to turn on a heater if the temperature drops below 20°C and turn it off when it rises above 25°C.
• Časové harmonogramy: Create countdown, single, or repeat timing tasks to turn the appliance on/off at specific times, independent of temperature.
• Chytré scény: Use the temperature value as a trigger for other eWeLink devices. For instance, if the temperature exceeds a certain level, you can trigger another smart device to turn on a fan.

5.3 RF Remote Control (if applicable)

If your bundle includes a 433MHz RF remote, you can pair it with the Smart Switch for local control:

1. On the Smart Switch, enter RF learning mode (refer to the device's specific instructions, usually a quick press of the pairing button).
2. Press the desired button on your 433MHz RF remote. The switch's indicator light will confirm successful pairing.
3. The remote can now be used to turn the connected appliance ON/OFF. Note that only 433MHz Learning Code remotes are supported.

5.4 Integrace hlasového ovládání

The Smart Switch is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Home/Google Nest:

1. Ensure your Smart Switch is successfully paired with the eWeLink app.
2. Otevřete aplikaci Amazon Alexa nebo Google Home.
3. Enable the "eWeLink Smart Home" skill/service.
4. Link your eWeLink account when prompted.
5. Discover devices. Your Smart Switch should now be controllable via voice commands (e.g., "Alexa, turn on the heater," "Hey Google, what's the temperature?").

6. Údržba

• Keep the device in a dry environment and avoid exposure to moisture or extreme temperatures outside its operating range.
• Pravidelně kontrolujte, zda jsou kabeláž bezpečně upevněna.
• Clean the device and sensor probe periodically with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Ensure the temperature probe is correctly positioned for accurate readings in your desired monitoring area. The DS18B20 probe is waterproof, allowing for use in liquids.

7. Řešení problémů

• Zařízení se nepřipojuje k Wi-Fi:
  - Ujistěte se, že vaše Wi-Fi síť používá frekvenci 2.4 GHz. Sítě 5 GHz nejsou podporovány.
  - Verify the Wi-Fi password is correct.
  - Přesuňte zařízení blíže k Wi-Fi routeru.
  - Check if the Wi-Fi indicator on the switch is blinking in pairing mode. If not, reset the device (refer to the quick start guide for reset instructions).
  - Ensure your router is not using a hidden SSID or MAC filtering that might block new devices.
• Temperature sensor not reading correctly or showing "Offline":
  - Ensure the DS18B20 temperature probe is securely connected to the sensor socket.
  - Check for any physical damage to the probe cable or connector.
  - Restart the Smart Switch by disconnecting and reconnecting power.
• RF remote not working:
  - Ensure the remote is a 433MHz Learning Code type.
  - Re-enter RF learning mode on the Smart Switch and re-pair the remote.
  - Check the remote's battery.
• Voice control (Alexa/Google Home) not responding:
  - Confirm the Smart Switch is online and controllable via the eWeLink app.
  - Re-link your eWeLink account in the Alexa/Google Home app.
  - Try rediscovering devices in the Alexa/Google Home app.

• Optimální umístění senzoru: For accurate temperature readings, place the DS18B20 probe in the area where temperature control is most critical. Avoid direct sunlight or drafts that could skew readings.
• Energy Efficiency with Timing: Utilize the timing functions to schedule appliances (like heaters or fans) to operate only when needed, saving energy.
• Share Control for Family: Use the "Share Control" feature in the eWeLink app to allow multiple family members to manage the smart switch, ensuring everyone can monitor and adjust settings as required.
• Pravidelné aktualizace aplikace: Keep your eWeLink app updated to the latest version to benefit from new features, improvements, and bug fixes.
