4. Nastavení a instalace

4.1 Pinout and Wiring

The receiver module features several pins for power, ground, and data output. Refer to the diagram below for correct wiring.

4.2 Learning Mode Configuration

The receiver module features a 'Learning setting key' to configure its operating mode and pair with a remote control. The module adopts a key selection mode, eliminating the need for soldering or jumpers.

  1. Vyberte provozní režim:
    • Inching Mode (Jog Mode): Press the learning key jednou.
    • Režim samosvorného uzamčení: Press the learning key dvakrát.
    • Interlocking Mode: Press the learning key třikrát.
  2. Code Matching (Pairing):

    After selecting the desired operating mode, the module enters code matching mode. Press any button on your compatible remote control. The LED on the decoding module will flash three times after successfully receiving the signal, then turn off, indicating successful pairing.

    If no signal is received within 6 seconds, the system will automatically exit the learning and code matching mode.

    To clear all learned remote control codes, press the learning key eight times. The LED will flash 8 times to confirm that all codes have been cleared. It is recommended to clear existing codes before learning new ones or changing the working mode.

5. Provozní režimy

The RX480-E-WQ module supports three distinct operating modes, selectable via the learning key:

  • Inching Mode (Jog Mode): In this mode, the corresponding output (D0-D3) will be high only for as long as the remote control button is pressed. Once the button is released, the output returns to a low level. This is ideal for momentary actions, like opening a gate for a brief period.
  • Režim samosvorného uzamčení: When a remote control button is pressed once, the corresponding output will switch to a high level and remain high. Pressing the same button again will switch the output back to a low level. This acts like a toggle switch, suitable for turning lights on/off.
  • Interlocking Mode: In interlocking mode, only one output can be active (high) at any given time. When a remote control button is pressed, its corresponding output goes high, and all other outputs (D0-D3) automatically switch to a low level. This is useful for applications where only one function should be active at a time, such as controlling multiple motors where only one should run at once.

6. Řešení problémů

  • Modul se nezapíná: Ensure the DC 3.3V-5V power supply is correctly connected to the +V and GND pins and that the voltage je ve specifikovaném rozsahu.
  • No response from remote control:
    • Verify that the remote control is compatible (EV1527 encoding).
    • Ensure the remote control has fresh batteries (if applicable).
    • Confirm that the remote control has been successfully paired with the receiver module using the learning procedure.
