2. Bezpečnostní informace

  • Always ensure correct input and output polarity before connecting the module. Incorrect connections can damage the device and connected equipment.

6. Nastavení

6.1. Připojení vodičů

The module features lift-type terminals for secure fixation of wires. Ensure correct polarity when connecting input and output wires.

  • Vstup: Connect your DC power source to the input terminals. Observe the specified input voltage range for your model.

6.2. Montáž

If integrating the module into an enclosure, use the suggested opening size of 71.3mm x 39mm for a flush fit. Ensure the front of the shell, equipped with invisible air inlets, and the heat sink have sufficient clearance for proper airflow and heat dissipation.

7.3. Nastavení Voltage a proud

In the operation interface:

  1. Stiskněte tlačítko V / A button to enter the setting voltage and current interface.
  2. The LCD will display 'SET CV' and the voltage value will flash. Press SW or rotate the rotary encoder to select the bit to adjust. Adjust the voltage using the rotary encoder.
  3. Stiskněte tlačítko V / A button again. The LCD will display 'SET CC' and the current value will flash. Press SW or rotate the rotary encoder to select the bit to adjust. Adjust the current using the rotary encoder.
  4. Stiskněte tlačítko V / A button again to exit and save the settings, returning to the operating interface.
  5. Alternatively, long press the V / A button for 2 seconds or wait for 6 seconds without any key operation. The system will automatically exit and save the settings.

7.4. Rychlé nastavení hlasitostitage nebo Aktuální

In the parameter setting interface (see Section 8):

  1. Set parameter 'FET' to 'CV' (default voltage), 'CC' (default current), or 'OFF' (no action).
  2. Rotate the encoder in the operation interface, then enter the setting voltage and current interface. The rotary encoder can quickly set the voltage nebo aktuální.

7.5. Input and Output Voltage Displej

7.7. Funkce uzamčení

To prevent misoperation, the module has a locking function:

8. Nastavení parametrů

8.1. Entering the Parameter Setting Screen

From the running screen, hold down the SW button for 2 seconds to enter the parameter setting screen.

8.2. Navigating and Adjusting Parameters

  1. Stiskněte SW to switch between the parameters to be set.
  2. Press the encoder button to switch the bit selection.
  3. Rotate the encoder to adjust the parameter values.
  4. After completing all settings, hold down the SW button for 2 seconds to exit the setting screen. All settings are automatically saved.

8.3. Details of Other Functions

8.3.1. Capacity/Energy/Running Time Statistics

  • When the power is turned ON, statistics automatically start.
  • When the power is turned OFF, the previous state's value is displayed.
  • When power is turned ON again, the record automatically restarts.
  • On the corresponding screen, press and hold the ON/OFF button for 2 seconds to clear the corresponding data.

8.3.2. Setting Maximum Capacity (OAH), Maximum Energy (OPH), and Maximum Running Time (OHP)

  • Maximum Capacity (OAH)/Energy (OPH): When enabled, if the statistical capacity/energy exceeds the set maximum, the power supply automatically shuts down the output and flashes "OAH" / "OPH". After the alarm is removed, the capacity/energy statistics are cleared.
  • Maximum Discharge Time (OHP): When enabled, if the running time exceeds the set maximum discharge time, the power output is automatically turned off and "OHP" blinks. After the OHP alarm is lifted, the time statistics are cleared.

Poznámka:

  • When OAH/OPH and OHP functions are not enabled, the power supply automatically records capacity/energy and running time.
  • If OAH/OPH functions are enabled, the power supply automatically shuts down the output after reaching the set value.
  • If OHP function is enabled, the running time of the power supply is in countdown mode.

9. Ochranné mechanismy

The module includes comprehensive protection features to safeguard itself and connected equipment. These can be configured in the parameter setting menu.

  • Vstup Podvoltage Protection (LUP): Adjustable from 4.7V to 30V (default 4.7V). Prevents operation with insufficient input voltage.
  • Output Overvoltage Ochrana (OVP): Adjustable from 0V to 37V (default 37V). Shuts off output if voltage překračuje stanovený limit.
  • Ochrana proti nadproudu na výstupu (OCP): Adjustable from 0A to 5.2A (default 5.2A). Disables output if current exceeds the set limit.
  • Output Over-power Protection (OPP): Adjustable from 0W to 82W (default 82W). Turns off output if power consumption exceeds the set limit.
  • Ochrana proti přehřátí: Automatically activates if the module's temperature exceeds 100°C.
  • Ochrana proti časovému limitu (OHP): Adjustable from 0 to 100 hours (default off). Shuts down output after a set operating duration.
  • Overcapacity Protection (OAH): Adjustable from 0 to 9999AH (default off). Disables output if total discharged capacity exceeds the set limit.
  • Over-energy Protection (OPH): Adjustable from 0 to 9999WH (default off). Disables output if total discharged energy exceeds the set limit.
  • Input Anti-reverse Connection: Protects the module from damage if input polarity is reversed.
  • Output Anti-backflow: Zabraňuje zpětnému toku proudu ze zátěže do modulu.

10. Uživatelské tipy

  • Pro přesný objemtage and current adjustments, use the rotary encoder carefully, especially when fine-tuning.
  • Regularly check the module's temperature during extended high-power operation. While it has a thickened heat sink, additional cooling might be beneficial in enclosed spaces or high ambient temperatures.
  • Utilize the locking function (Section 7.7) to prevent accidental changes to settings, particularly in critical applications.
  • Familiarize yourself with the protection mechanisms and set appropriate limits for your application to prevent damage to the module or your load.

11. Řešení problémů

  • Žádný výstup:
    • Check input power supply connections and ensure it is within the specified voltage rozsah.
    • Verify that the output is enabled (ON/OFF button).
    • Check if any protection (OVP, OCP, OPP, LUP, OHP, OAH, OPH) has been triggered. The display will show the corresponding alarm. Clear the alarm by addressing the cause or pressing the ON/OFF button.
    • Ensure the output current/voltage settings are not set to 0.
  • Nesprávný svtage/Proudový výstup:
    • Recalibrate the voltage and current settings as per Section 7.3.
    • Check the load for any short circuits or excessive current draw.

    • Reduce the output power or current.
